Disappointing

Beach front

Cons:

Was supposed to check in at 12pm didn’t get room keys until after the normal 4pm check in until after 5pm because we were told our room had to have maintenance work on it. No sorry, no apologetic, no compensation NOTHING besides irritation! Then we get in the room and it’s so disgusting I didn’t even want to stay. There is a door leading into our room but locks from the middle room. The whole thing is very disappointing! Supposed to be a good weekend with my son before he ships off to boot camp and wasted a day yesterday waiting on the room!

Once we resolved our initial problems the rest of our stay was pretty good. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Great coffee machine. The breakfast lady was wonderful. The bed was comfy

Cons:

A lot of traffic noise. When we arrived, the soap and shampoo dispensers were empty and we only had a half roll of toilet paper. We needed to empty the dehumidifier. The young lady at the front desk was really helpful fixing things.

It was great...
Pros:

Lindsay was AMAZING... She was always smiling & happy, she was very helpful with everything... The coffee & hot chocolate maker was great & breakfast was great, we had so many items to eat to choose from...
