The pool and room were great !!! The breakfast was good and the lady that did the breakfast with the blonde hair older-ish was very friendly and sweet. The older front desk man was very friendly. The younger Asian girl was friendly but, needs to know not to tell you to throw your cards away. There was also some red cool aid or something in two spots on the floor that looked fresh and no attempt to clean it.
Some of the staff were questionable 😒 The younger Asian girl told us to throw our cards away if they didn't work when we miss placed our cards and got new ones. ( Which we did not do) 🤔 You don't do cash just charge the card you use to get your room so if you want snacks at the desk so if you use your Bookings card you are SOL. They didn't bother to say there's a vending machine down the hall. Yes there is a sign by the elevator but, if you're young and don't read or look for signs your SOL. And you don't have change for your washers if you don't have a card to use for the washer and dry or change machine so you have to run all over town looking for some damn quarters me.😠 So all that is very frustrating. There was also some red Kool-aid looking or something in 2 spots on the carpet that looked fresh and no attempt to get it out. Put a little dawn soap on it and scrub it with a brush and shampoo it will come right out. We didn't ask for house keeping while we were there so we weren't too messy. .

Most the staff was very accommodating but the overnight lady was rude and closed the pool ten minutes early and she was not the nicest about it either.

Close to restaurant, shopping and family
The carpet was dirty and the room and hallways were smelling like dog. The vent in the bathroom was dirty, black dust could be seen. No grab bars, tub slippery.
The mattress slipped off platform under mattress.
