Lit moyennement confortable
Private location and the building we stayed had 5 rooms and our friends occupied 3 of those. They have a pool which was quite useful for us. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly. Just 5 minute walk away from the beach. And great view of the sea from the room.
This property is gloriously peaceful. It’s a big site with only six bedrooms so there is plenty of space. There is no bar or restaurant but you can head out for those things.
It wouldn’t suit everyone but for us it was perfect.

The property was all that you could ask for , we had a beautiful room , possibly the best room I’ve ever had . The staff were outstanding .
The location was far out of town and the beach , there is a small beach nearby but that calls for a walk down a very rough and overgrown path .

What a wonderful place! It was so nice to wake up in the middle of the nature and hear the sound of the sea and birds. From our balcony we saw monkeys jumping in the trees. Peacocks were walking around in the garden. It was so lovely. The villa is located at the hill, but there is a tuktuk near the gate which made it easy going somewhere. You can also walk to jungle beach (5-10 min walk). We had breakfast every morning (fruit, yoghurt, pancakes, toast, eggs), but it is also possible to make use of the kitchen yourself. Last but not least: a HUGE compliment to the entire staff, for their kindness and their flexibility. Everything was very clean and comfortable. When we are in Weligama again, we would definitely come back! Thank you!
I loved staying here, it was relaxing, the views were beautiful, the surroundings were peaceful and the staff were friendly BUT before you book let me clarify what this place actually is so you know what you're booking, because it wasn't very clear to me until I arrived.
This is a hill top site with three or four separate properties or 'villas'. They are run like bed and breakfast room rentals, where your room will be 1 of up to 4 or 5 rooms in the same villa, all of which connect to one large main communal area. This communal area has couches to lounge on, a large table to dine at, and a kitchen that you pay a daily rate to use (not free as previously thought). Every morning breakfast is served to those who prepaid for it and everyone eats at the same table. Lunch and dinner can be provided upon special request ahead of time with the property manager. We never availed of this as it seemed too expensive, but for those that wish to stay on the property and not head out it's a nice option. The "adults" infinity swimming pool area isn't as advertised, children will play here and swim in the pool. This wasn't a problem for us, but it may be for some. The bar area beside the pool is self service, in that you have to buy the alcohol yourself and bring it to the property, there's no one there who will make you a nice mojito when you feel like one.
You are at the mercy of the other guests in the villa, so it's pot luck whom you end up with. During the course of our 8 day stay there were three separate families (with children) that came and went. Children will be children, they cry, they scream, they run around. This wasn't a big issue for us as we always got up early and spent the day adventuring the local area, however if you like to sleep in you may need ear plugs to get complete silence.
Overall our stay was a very enjoyable one, we would happily return.
