We had reservations for Saturday, April 12th. I called that day to arrange for pick up from the airport, only to be told the hotel WAS PERMANENTLY CLOSED! We received NO communication from hotels.com or the hotel, and we ended up having to pay DOUBLE what we already reserved the hotel for. Needless to say, we are extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. I will be attempting to contact someone tomorrow to resolve this issue.
When we checked in we were offered a shuttle to the airport and to leave our car. Then we were informed that they would be coming down so it probably wasn’t the best idea to leave our car. The bed was clean. The shower held water when you turned it on. You had about 3 channels on tv.
I'm not one looking to be treated like something special, but I've received warmer welcomes at the DMV. The front desk person was extremely rude. To the point where I my son said, "you have to go out of your way to be that rude." The room was not clean. The shower, sink and toilet looked clean, but when I put a towel down on the floor for a foot towel it came up dirty. Clearly this place is going under. Don't stay here.
Did not stay hot water was not working. Person checking in never mentioned problem. After going and retrieve luggage another employee let us not about issue and offered refund.
This Hotel was closed
Hotel was in awful condition. Broken furniture and very dirty. Breakfast was not filled up. Definitely not the experience we are used to in a Hampton property.
I am going to ask for a refund for this stay. It was absolutely terrible and healthy and smelly. I got charged an additional $72.50 above the Expedia cost for no reason. I am going to take this to the Hilton property managers, the Internet and the hotel itself. We also had to wait over 45 minutes at the airport because they forgot to pick us up on the first call. It was 38° outside and we were terribly cold. More to come.
First room assigned to us had dirty sheets - yellow stains on sheets and boogies on the sheets. We were then reassigned to a different room which was very clean.
This is a very tired hotel and desperately needs a remodel. The airport van needs to be replaced, it’s old, rattled, only one head light worked, the seat belt was broken and it didn’t run on time.
The room was filthy and in bad shape. Caerpets full of stains and smelled bad. This hotel needs a total renovation! Will not stay ar Hampton Inn again. Hotel chain that operates a hotel of this standard and charges a price as a. 3 star hotel has no self respect. I advice to travellers: choose another hotel!
Good stay very pleasant staff!
The hotel was not in the best conditions it’s old which it is ok you can have an old building but have it maintained the tub had mold rust the hallway rugs ugly old stained looked dirty in the room the refrigerator had mold
The room had no clothes rack, no hangers. No where to hang my shirt.
Facility is so old and doesn't worth the price paid. Toilet clogged in the room. Bed comforter was dirty filthy. Just not so pleasant. Doesn't meet the standard with the price paid.
Carpet was filthy shower tub was dirty filled with hair cracks in ceiling and dark spots which might be mold. I was not satisfied and definitely not worth what I paid
Only one rear EV plug which could be updated, but otherwise nice.
Disappointed in a Hampton Inn for the first time. (I am not a complainer, but want to make sure to leave this feedback.) The good: The bed was comfortable and the noise level was low; my wife and I both slept really well. The lobby and breakfast area was decorated nicely and clean, and the breakfast food was appetizing enough. The bad: Other than the lobby and breakfast area, the whole place looked rather beat up. Is this actually a Hampton Inn, part of the Hilton hotel network? There is so much that needs overhauling and renovation. Elevators, carpeting throughout the hallways, the rooms, etc. As for the room, it's dissappointing to have a cool air blower instead of an air conditioner. The place felt damp the entire time we were there, the air, the bed, the carpet, everything had a dampness. The tub is the type meant for only sitting in, not standing in, as the bottom is curved; it's very dangerous to try standing in it, to be honest. The sink was clogged and drained very slowly. We informed the front desk clerk, but when we returned to the room many hours later, the sink was the same. This condition is not at all what we have come to expect from Hampton Inns. I also don't understand the hotel information stating that there is a $22 daily parking fee. For what? I haven't seen yet if we were charged this fee, but if so, it's entirely inappropriate, merely an increase to the room cost without advertising it as such. Never staying at this Hampton again.
Very clean & peaceful.
Our first room smelled like chemicals. We changed to another room and it smelled musty.
1)Room was dirty. Holes in the walls, dust on the lamp bases and side tables. Air conditioner was intermittently noisy, keeping us up. Air conditioner filters were filthy.
2) Staff member attempted to enter our room at 8am. We were still in bed; thankfully, i had used the security bar on the door.
3) Hotel advertised a kiosk where there were snacks and drinks available. During our stay, it was empty and never refilled.
3) upon check-in we were asked if we required a handicap room. I replied no, yet was assigned a room with a handicap accessible shower.
This was honestly the worst hotel experience i have ever had in my 50 years!
