The facility was nice and clean.
Had to change room in middle of the night because smoke detecter battery was dead and detecter was beeping. The hotel processed a $100.00 dollar damage deposit to my credit card and did’nt let me know!! Very disapointing!!!!

At check in we got charged an additional fee even though we had paid in full at booking.com. The hotel told us it was city tax? That should have been disclosed and collected when we paid in full through booking.com. The hotel should have waived this fee.

This property engages in false advertising. They promote free cribs and being a family friendly hotel. Upon arrival they said they did supply any cribs to anyone. Then blamed booking for having it on the website. The manager wouldn’t speak to us. I will never go back here again.
The size and design of the room was excellent. Location within North Battleford was also great.

I was extremely upset with my stay here at this property. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. The staff showed such EXTREME DISREGARD for me as a guest. I had meetings all day and arrived at about 10PM. When I arrived, one of the clerks was on the phone. The other one was standing behind. I waited 10 mins, standing at the desk before anyone acknowledged me or even looked at me. Finally the lady that was not on the phone, called me over to her computer, took my ID, then looked at me and said can you just wait over there for 4-5 mins., we just have to straighten something out with booking.com. She motioned to the waiting area/lobby, so I went and stood by a table, where I ate my pizza. The one lady left for the night, while the other stayed on the phone. There was another couple waiting when I arrived, after about 45 mins they got up and left the hotel - they were tired of waiting. They made me wait 2 hours (10PM - 12AM) to check into my room. She made me call booking.com to try and straighten out a discrepancy, she went back and forth between me and her computer. I sat in the kitchen area waiting. She called me over to the desk, and instead of paying the booking.com price for my room I had to pay more because she had to cancel the booking.com reservation and rebook me. I ended up paying more money for my room, when they finally checked me in it was 12AM and my room was only about 20 steps away from where I sat for 2 hours. Apparently it was a mix up over $9 (a city tax) with booking.com. This was absolutely unacceptable. In the morning the hotel was very noisy. I couldn’t sleep in because of the noise and sounds of showers and toilets flushing. I mentioned my experience to the new staff member in the morning when I checked out. All she said was “it wasn’t your fault and it wasn’t our fault, it was the fault of booking.com.” This was the most ridiculous and inconvenient experience I have ever had in my life!
