Started good, ended unhappy.
Pros:

Cleanliness. Nice appearance. Comfortable bed.

Cons:

I went to take a shower in the morning and couldn't reach the shower head to adjust the flow. It was just a single weak stream coming out of the center of the shower head. Called the front desk to ask for someone to come and adjust it. Was told that they didn't have anyone available to come and adjust it. I was told that they could have someone come in later. I didn't have time to wait so I attempted to stand on the edge of the tub and adjust it myself and promptly fell into the tub. Thankfully, I didn't hit my head or severely hurt myself. I'm wondering what the response would have been if the toilet was overflowing. Would they leave the guest to deal with that on their own as well?

Pros:

The breakfast was good. And the location is very convenient.

Cons:

I would have liked better pillows. They seemed a bit flat. Better coffee maker. Maybe a Keurig?

I won’t go back to that hotel and will look for others besides Hampton Inns.
Pros:

Had parking, room was nice, location fair.

Cons:

They charged me for parking when I checked in. Can’t remember when that has ever happened. Very disappointing with the way they handled this.

I did not like having to pay for my car. I have never paid to park my car at hotel before in my life.

Good location, quiet room, friendly staff.
Pros:

The room was comfortable, we stayed multiple nights. The free laundry was great and handy to have. We also used the free EV charging. Breakfast was good. Hot options changed daily.

Cons:

One of the elevators broke down on the weekend which made the remaining elevator busy.

Great staff, so friendly!
Pros:

Everyone looked up and said hello and was so friendly. Housekeeping came daily and our room was always made up when we came back which was nice! We enjoyed breakfast everyday and felt there was a nice variety.

Cons:

The beds were old and creaky and should be returned.

Cons:

Keys wouldn’t work at check in, tv wouldn’t work, had to be moved to new room with one bed, had to share bed with daughter, bed not comfy, hot tub dirty and small.
