Excellent location to access freeways even with major road construction. Also, the front desk staff was very helpful with giving me rood choices with my walking limitations.
As someone who has a handicapped ♿️ placard, I wish there were more handicapped spaces directly in front of the property front door & not just on the side.
GREAT customer service
The location is in the heart of Lynnwood. There is a Whole Foods market within walking distance. The hotel is next door to Nordstrom Rack. The freeways are very close and the town of Edmonds is 10-15 minutes away by car.
The housekeeping staff need to check the door to see if any pets are loose before entering. They are priceless family members.
Plenty of space and nice layout in the suite.

I don’t have a bad comment
Recently hotel staff, service, and cleanliness has taken a sharp decline in most hotel's. Not here the property was immaculate, hotel staff was amazing and the amenities where great. I had an air b&b booked and could not access it leaving me and my family stranded, booked two rooms here on short notice and luckily They let me have an early check in for one. I was stranded without a place for my family to stay and the staff was very understanding and helpful, ty Gael. Knowing very little about the hotel amenities when booked I was very pleased with the facility and staff. Everything a quality hotel should be and more. They have a top notch BBQ area that made Family time extra special, and the enclosed pool and hot tub added to it. They saved our family trip for my daughter's college graduation that Air b&b almost destroyed. Ty

Room was clean. The staff were excellent. Especially Mr. Tsehaye.
The tile floor was clean but harsh. Also, inadequate places to put my clothing. More spartan than I would prefer.

The staff was very nice and the room was the perfect size
The hot tub jets didn’t work, the pool was way too cold, the breakfast was not that great there were not very many options and basics like fruit options were not varied, the beds were not comfortable. The second room I had the family members went home and the room was wasted because the bed was bad. They lived closer so they could do that. The room I was in the bed was ok but not great like I remember. It definitely didn’t live up to my prior stays at all. Very disappointed.
Facilities, room were great.
Food at breakfast didn't last. There were only small pans of hot food and they didn't replenish the potatoes. At 6:15 am there were no potatoes. There was a big group of guests eating at that time.
When I went to respectfully complain about the lack of potatoes the woman I spoke with was professional, but another guest services representative who was also behind the counter began to mock me with a variety of lewd sexual gestures. When I addressed the lewd gesturer she moved closer to me and continued her lewd behavior. Unbelievable.
