Pros:

Great food service lady. Unfortunately the place is in need of some attention. The tub had rust, the sink faucet sprayed water everywhere, the toilet overflowed, and there must have been some sort of wastewater issue as each floor had a large wet, smelly spot in the hallway near the elevator

Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Very pleasant stay. Only issues were that accessible toilet seat had to be held up by hand. Shower floor appeared dirty. Extended check-in was granted but evidently not recorded, so key card expired and I had to walk around the entire building to get it renewed.

Super clean! The staff was absolutely the friendliest and moat helpful I've had in awhile. The area has a lot of road construction but it was never an issue at night.

There was a musty smell in our floor, the blind in room 314 did not block the ENORMOUS light right outside our room, so it was like sleeping during the day….
The carpet was dirty, the bathroom dirty. Bad towels. It was more like a motel than a hotel. Thankfully Tiffany at the front desk was awesome, great hospitality attitude. The breakfast was pretty good. Will not come back, Im sorry, hope this feedback helps.
