I loved it and all of my future stays will be at a Hampton Inn.
Pros:

How clean everything was as well as the sharp furnishings, great stop!

Pros:

My father had an emergency at the hospital late so I was kind of in a bind. I was traveling alone so I wanted the safest most secure spot. I had been told it was very nice at the Hampton so I bit the bullet on the price and booked a room. Very clean facility all around. Staff offered me bottles of water at check in. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable. I paid more than what I needed just to sleep for one night, but if you are looking for an exceptionally clean hotel with friendly staff look no further.

Perfect Location & Accommodating Parking
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We got in late and everything went smoothly at check in. We had a trailer with arecreational vehicle and the desk staff were very helpful with communicating where we could park that felt safe and easy to get in and out of. The room was clean, the facilities overall were very well kept. The kids enjoyed the breakfast options! Also the location was great right off from I-70!

Cons:

Bummed that the pool closed at 10pm. Water pressure could have been better, but it was warm! The hallways could use an air freshener, rooms were fine.

I arrived on Christmas Eve and the front desk clerk had stated that we were only the 2nd of two rooms that were booked for the next few nights, we had a reservation and while checking in, when I had stated that I was going to pay for our entire stay with cash, over $1400.00 total, we were told that we couldn't that we would have to leave that they would not accept cash! Now, I would think having an empty hotel that they would have been happy to accept cash! I've stayed at this property before but after being turned out on the streets late at night on Christmas Eve. I won't return again!

Cool rooms, clean beds and hot breakfast!
Pros:

Hotel was very clean. My family was very comfortable during the entire stay. Breakfast was ok wish they had pork free protein (that's my personal preference). Complementary coffee station was great. Our room had microwave and refrigeration which was great (as of late many hotels have reduced placing microwaves in the room).

Cons:

It was just the location and maybe the city. Praying for better days for the Springfield community. Other than that many good spots to choose from, close proximity to the event location.

The staff are friendly and your location is close to my family.
Pros:

I didn’t try the breakfast on this trip. It has been satisfactory on previous stays.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the outside lights shined in through the window all night long. The light filtering shade did not block it out.

Pros:

Everything was great, I really appreciated that the bed was lower and easy to get in and out of. It was really clean,comfortable and quiet. The staff couldn't have been more friendly, they were wonderful. We definitely would stay here again!
