The room wasnt the cleanest. Like mist places the carpet shows its wear. Otherwise was great place.
Bed bugs, said I would get a refund and didn’t. Employees even stated they wouldn’t let their family stay there. Enough said
Shades were broken; phone didn’t work; peeling paint; receptionist unapologetic
The property was under renovation. With that in mind, the room was not clean. This Hampton Inn does not meet the standard I experience at other Inns by Hilton.
I travel to Kentucky often. I will not stay at this property again.

This hotel billed my credit card again for a prepaid reservation. Seems to be an ongoing “accident” here. Over an hour on the phone to correct this. Horrible customer service from what seemed to be a nice little hotel. I’d go elsewhere. You should too

I was frustrated with the side end doors to the building the key card for entry would not always work and I was told that at check in. This is frustrating because I travel with a service pet and we prefer the stairs so 1, exercise and 2 we don't like waiting for the elevator & 3 some guest are afraid of dogs. My closet door in the room would NOT open, the remote to the TV was extremely difficult to use/understand & the front desk staff didn't know how to use it and was unable to help because she was the only one at the front desk. That is unsafe for a female to be the only one at the front desk. However, overall my stay was great and I would book a room here again, as well as recommend this location
I recently booked a room at your hotel believing it to be pet-friendly, but I was surprised to find a $75 fee upon arrival due to my dog. I reviewed your website before booking and did not see any mention of this additional charge, which left me quite frustrated since my reservation was nonrefundable and I could not cancel.
I strongly believe this fee should be clearly communicated on your booking website to avoid misleading future customers. Had I known about this fee beforehand, I would have chosen a different accommodation.
I appreciate the hospitality of your hotel, but I will certainly reconsider my options for future travel arrangements given this experience.
We had a wonderful stay, and Autumn at the front desk was a sweetheart! She was very helpful when we had to transfer to this Hampton Inn from the Baymont dump across the street.
Ground floor with no blindes
It wasn't bad, wasn't exceptional. Probably wouldn't stay again. I expected a Hampton to be better than this was.
Nice, easy location, which makes it simple to find and quick to get back on the road. Sadly, I can hear the road and the generators of trucks parked across the street
Room and bathroom nice, updated, clean. Breakfast was small, not many healthy items. Coffee was not great and no cream! Just the pump bottles of flavored cream, yuck. Great location, 13-15 minute drive to KY Expo.
The checkin was friendly and helpful. Told me everything l needed to.know. There wasnt a feeezer in room, and they stored my freezer block in their freezer until morning. Breakfast was better than some other hotels.
This was one of the most dissapointing hotel visits I've had in a while. The hot water was not functional, soon after we arrived. We never had ANY hotwater the entire evening and next morning.
The front office refused to give us a time frame for a fix, or even when the plumber or fixit person would arrive. They were unhelpful to the point of being rude.
No one ever called back when we left messages for the manager afterwards.
