Gute Lage.
Zimmer sehr muffig !!! Alte Klimaanlage, sehr laut. Bettencover wirkten historisch. Frühstück sehr schwach. Wenig Plätze. Klebrig. Laut auf den Gängen. Insgesamt sehr einfach, halt nur 3 Sterne.... Würde nicht wieder buchen.
Hotel was comfortable and location was excellent. Helpful friendly staff.

Location clean friendly staff
The dogs several guests had dogs and would let them alone in room and they would cry for hours
Recently stated her for one night but wish it would have been more! Pros-LOCATION because right across the river plus the hop on-hop off trolley stops right at the front door. We could walk to most of the historical attractions even in the heat. STAFF because all were lovely and so helpful especially Beverly at the desk and Miguel at the valet stand. CONCIERGE-never have seen this at a Hampton and she was so helpful. Cons-PARKING if you don’t want to pay for valet because there really was no other choice for onsite. There is a public garage close but don’t know if you would save money. Can’t wait to return!
201 E. Bay St. The atmosphere was very nice and great hospitality, the rooms were clean and inviting and the value for what you get is good. The men and women parking the cars were fantastic. Shoutout to Miguel Cosme he and my husband got along well.
Parking cost.
Enjoy the facility

Closer to the river walk than the historic district. But a great location as most everything is a short 15minute walk.
This hotel has an ideal location between River Street and the historic district. Our fifth floor room was quiet, with a view of the live oaks. It looks toward the river, but you can’t see it from the fifth floor. The only negative thing about this Hampton Inn is the parking. It costs $48 a day to use the hotel parking lot, so we used the public parking garage across the street, which had a max of $24 a day.
The location was great.
Our room never got cleaned and we ran out of towels and toilet paper. We called to get more and they did bring us towels but never did get the toilet paper we asked for. Check in was also late because our room wasn’t cleaned yet. They seem to be short staffed.
Location was excellent.
More options to breakfast
stayed at the Hampton a couple of weeks ago, and our visit started off a little rough because the elevator was out of service. However, the valet attendant, Miquel Cosme , quickly turned things around.
As soon as he greeted us with a smile and said, "Have no fear, Miquel is here," it immediately put us at ease. Mrs. Bervely ask Miquel to He helped us carry all of our belongings to our room and he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay.
His positive attitude and outstanding customer service made a big difference in our experience. We will definitely be back!
Proximity to places I wanted to go. It was neat, clean and easy to enter and exit.
It was nice And clean and comfortable

Very easy location. Hotel has valet or you can park in the city parking garage right across the street. Walking distance to all the sights to see in Savannah. Room and entire property was clean and the breakfast was a bonus!
One of the elevators was a bit slow
