Pros:

Great staff..good breakfast.. valet service..location in historic district.

Cons:

Was only there one day to meet up with family traveling, and it was a great location
Pros:

Location was great and the views for my room of the water fabulous

Cons:

The rooftop deck with the pool was under construction so you couldn’t go up there. But I’m sure when it gets done. It will be nice for the people that are visiting at that time.

Extremely clean and great location!
Pros:

It was very clean and the breakfast was great!

Cons:

The pool is currently closed due to renovations. I wish they would have let us know that before but over all still a great hotel

Beautiful neighborhood, close to river activities.
Pros:

Location next the the river was nice. Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the valet parking. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Cons:

Paying extra for a 'view' was a small bit of the river water, covered by all the buildings in front of it.

Old and smelly

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

The hotel seemed very rundown and there were stains on the beds. We got transferred to two different rooms and both rooms had a smell and stains on the bed. It seems that they don’t change stained sheets. Some of the ceiling tiles were missing and showed insulation and wires. The room itself had some damages where wires are showing. Pool was unkept and looks old.

Tevreden over ons verblijf.
Pros:

Perfecte locatie. Zaten ook op het zevende verdiep en hadden een kamer geboekt met zicht op de rivier. Comfortabele kamers. Alles netjes onderhouden. Parking hotel redelijk duur, maar goedkopere parkeergarage aan overzijde straat.

Cons:

Keuze bij ontbijt aan de kleine kant en eten uit wegwerpborden..... Zwembad was gesloten wegens technisch probleem. Niet opgelost na 5 dagen.

Hilton took a big hit that day, we don't need to pile more on top.
Cons:

Hilton's computer network was out worldwide. We waited until 8:30 PM before shifting to Marriot. I understand it wasn't until 10:30 that evening before they were able to check in guests.

Pros:

Checkin went well, staff were very accommodating. We had a small problem with our room and the general manager solved it quickly. Colin was quick to retrieve our car and helpful loading it.

Broken Pool, Poor Customer Service, Uncleaned Bathrooms!
Pros:

The only good thing I can say is that this was a prime location past that NO THANK YOU AND NEVER AGAIN!!! They failed to tell us upon check in that the pool was down and we had to use the pool at the holiday inn - there was no compensation offered and the manager was extremely rude! The ceiling was also taken down outside the elevator by the pool - you could see the air ducts and the insulation. The pool didn’t open until the last night of our stay but was extremely cloudy and I can only imagine the amount of chlorine because it was green we checked in 2 days prior. Upon getting to our room we discovered multiple hairs in the shower and that none of the soaps or shampoos were filled. There was mold on the sink counter and the shower faucet was also coming off. Our room was not cleaned on day 3 of our stay like advertised cleaning every other day and when questioned we were told we had to request service if we wanted it despite what they told us at check in and what is on the mirror in the bathroom describing their room service. We WONT be staying here again and would highly recommend that you don’t either!!!!
