our room faced the street and it was very noisy all night. If not for that, our stay was perfect

Convenient to River Street and nice valet person.
Pros:

Close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

Sheets on bed were the wrong size apparently. We had king bed but fitted sheet must have been for a queen mattress. Sheet too small and would not stay on mattress.

Beware additional pet fee due upon check in

Cons:

Expensive to park there, charged a pet fee after I already paid through booking.com and said I had pets. Was never told there was an extra fee. Booking.com does not make that very clear. Called to confirm the pets and still
Wasn’t told there was a fee. When I checked in I told the manager and she said that number to call is our parent company not our hotel. So they said that they were not responsible. Anyway, we were stuck so we paid it but it’s a bad experience. booking.com needs to make that more clear, or you need to be aware.
