clean quiet rooms great staff. I would stay there again
Pros:

the breakfast was hot and tasty.et the attendant was cheerful and made sure to make sure each person found or had everything they needed. the room was very comfortable and there was no pet odor even though it was a pet friendly room

Spotless and safe !
Pros:

As always, super clean and safe! Fabulous breakfast and coffee all day is a bonus either way me. I wouldn’t risk anyplace else when I’m in town.

Best kept secret!
Pros:

Everything! I’m kind of a hotel snob. Yet this hotel was among the best I’ve experienced! The staff was sincerely welcoming and pleasant, the room was clean, spacious and VERY comfortable, the bed especially so! The breakfast buffet was great. Conveniently located off the highway, it was positioned near some great ‘local’ restaurants, and a lake. We drive to FLA each year, and this will definitely be in our itinerary from now on. It surpassed our expectations 100%. Thank you!

Cons:

You can’t rate the staff when you have no contact with them. You check in and get a key before you even get to the hotel. Therefore it’s very difficult to rate the staff.

Facility has it all!
Pros:

Clean, quiet and the staff are exceptional. The ladies working in the breakfast area make the start of each day a joy, smiles, assistance and a positive attitude. Throughout the facility all the staff are exceptionally helpful. Whatever they're doing to keep their employees happy… keep it up, they've become my Hotel of choice!
