It was easy to get to the hotel and the property was very nice
There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property
Clean, comfortable, soft bed, plenty of pillows, hard couch. Plenty of towels. Breakfast was very good, coffee was great as were the scones! Very helpful when I had to call Hilton to find my reservation information (I misplaced my notebook). Parking lot was crowded, almost full. Pool was very nice & inviting. Quick check in & checkout!
The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. We'd asked for a room on the top floor, but the message had not been received. The woman at the desk was able to change our 2nd floor room to a 3rd floor room at our request. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast foods were varied and well presented, but the banana my husband picked up was brown inside. We liked the omelets and smoked sausages a lot.
The air conditioning was a bit of a puzzle. It had controls on both a wall thermostat and the unit near the window. We tinkered with it and eventually had it working to our satisfaction. We liked having a bathroom exhaust fat, but we disliked the fact that it ran all the time and could not be shut off.
Area was very clean.
The breakfast sausage was so spicy. I felt is was burning my mouth. The area was very clean. And the cheese omelet had too much cheese.
The lobby and the food preparation were very clean, and the food was well prepared
The rooms need to be updated and the beds need to be replaced

And the staff at the desk was sarcastic when asked why the pool wasn’t open
Staff was friendly.
The room was ok, some maintenance was needed in the bathroom and they really need to provide better bathroom paper.
It was very good. They had a good variety. And very clean and safe for all.
Toilet continuously ran. Breakfast was ok. Eggs frozen. Biscuits no gravy.

My daughter said the waffle was delicious. My husband said his was okay. Myself and our son didn’t eat anything.
The lighting or lack there of lighting in the room. Tub/shower is small.
