좋은 위치와 새 건물
Pros:

새 건물에 들어선 새 호텔이라서, 주차장의 주차칸도 넓고 주차장 진입로의 폭도 넉넉합니다.
유성온천역도 도보 3분 거리로 가깝고, 라마다 주변의 도보 거리에 식당도 많습니다. 유성온천도 도보거리 이내이고요.
전체적으로 도룡동 신세계백화점 주변의 호텔들과 충분히 경쟁이 될 만한 위치와 건물입니다.
대덕연구단지 출장이나, 온천 위주의 가족관광에 추천합니다.

Pros:

평일 5시에 체크인하며 사전에 고층배정을 부탁했는데도 준비된 방이 없다며 저층을 주던군요.
방이 없다는 이유는 그시간에 청소가 안됐다는 거.
이정도 규모의 호텔에서 5시가 넘은 시간에 방청소가 안됐다는 핑계는 참 이해가 안되네요.
그다음날 출장은 롯데시티에서 머물렀는데 서비스의 차이가 격하게 느껴지던군요.

침구 교체를 하지 않았는지 침대 이불에서 머리카락 많이 나왔어요…

방 바꿔달라 하고 싶었는데 너무 늦은 시간에 확인해서 그냥 치우고 잤습니다..

청소하시는 분들 귀찮아도 머리카락은 좀 아니잖아요

전반적인 느낌은 심플, 모던.
Pros:

호텔 인근에 온천족욕탕이 있는데, 현재 코로나로 이용중지라 이용은 못했어요(족욕탕이 가고 싶어 가까운 호텔로 잡는다는게 라마다였움)…
11층에 머물렀는데요. 넓게 보면 깨끗해 보였지만.
머그컵 덮개 같은 경우엔 커피물이 튀겨져 얼룩져 있는데도 덮어져있는갈 봐선 몇번 재사용함건가 싶어 컵은 사용하지도 않았어요;;;
욕실과 침구류는 깨끗해서 잠은 푹 잘 잤습니다.

Spacious room with some limitations
Pros:

Positive: A spacious and clean room. Helpful staffs. Delicious hot and cold food at breakfast. Negative: Room temperature was a bit too high but its control was not doable. Electric outlets were not enough to charge multiple devices.
