Pros:

The services and the clean pool and hot tub and the 12 o'clock checkout time . The area seemed to be quiet and you can't hear all the city traffic noise . Overall I was very happy with my stay .

Staff make you feel at home
Pros:

the hotel has all amenities listed. what makes this a great place is to stay besides location (since we go regularly for Dr's visit across the street) is the staff. Shot out this time to Chilly who went out of his way to stop what he was doing to make sure I wasn't struggling with holding door while taking out all our luggage. Once again thank you Chilly for going above and beyond. I appreciate you and all the staff for professionalism and just being genuinely polite.

Breakfast was nice

Cons:

There's an extra charge to use the parking lot, and hotel is not responsible of any damage
Next door neighbors were terrible, slamming the door, kids making lots of noise, baby crying midnight

Pros:

the worst hotel ever!!! you can hear the next doors shower and a guess had there TV full blast all night, in other motels you cant hear your neighbor at all.
the beds were hard as rock older than can be and food was terrible
