Spacious, comfortable rooms and an excellent breakfast, but the inaccurate room description.
Pros:

On the positive side, we really enjoyed the breakfast. There was a nice variety of options, everything was clean and well presented, and honestly, it was better than what we’ve experienced at most hotels. The rooms were also spacious, comfortable, and nicely kept. We especially appreciated Mike and the young woman working during the day, who were both friendly, helpful, and willing to assist our group. Those positive interactions made a real difference in our overall experience.

Cons:

The main issue with our stay was the inaccurate room description on Booking.com. We specifically booked the room because it was advertised as having two queen-size beds and a sofa bed, which was important for our group. However, when we arrived, the sofa was not a sofa bed, so we had to book additional rooms and incur unexpected extra charges. When we brought this up with the manager on duty, we were told it was a mistake by Booking.com, while Booking.com explained that the property provides the information displayed on their site. This resulted in a frustrating back-and-forth and additional expenses that we are still disputing. Unfortunately, we also found the manager on duty’s attitude unhelpful and felt more effort could have been made to find a solution. For a large international group, clearer communication and better coordination between the property and Booking.com would have made a big difference.

Exceptional Customer Service
Pros:

Great stay at this hotel after a long flight from the uk.
Room was spacious and clean and comfortable.
Would like to give a special mention to Angel the front desk supervisor who was prompt and efficient and swiftly reunited me with an item id inadvertently left behind.

Will stay again when i next visit Pnoenix.
