Pros:

Everything was going great until my last day. I called down to the front desk for towels and was told that there wasn't anyone available to bring them to the room. which was not a problem until I went to go them myself, and I encountered a rude front desk worker named Cindy

Booking.com and Hampton inn provided FALSE advertisement of beds for the price.
Pros:

Happy with cleanliness of room and hotel common spaces. Easy airport access.

Cons:

We booked a room that said two queens and a sofa bed. This room apparently did not exist. Both Booking.com and Hampton in refused to take responsibility and so we were short one bed. Noise can be heard between floors.

Great staff and room after a day of traveling..
Pros:

We left medication in our room refrigerator when we checked out. We called them and thank goodness they were waiting for our call. We drove back, a 3 hour trip, and collected the medicine. They saved us over $600 if we had to repurchase it again. Great job staff!!

Cons:

We always enjoy staying in your King room.
It’s clean, roomy and very quiet. The bed and pillows put us right to sleep.

We were going to leave earlier than 6 am. One person in the front desk told me that they offer breakfast sacs to go and in the morning a person at the desk, told me that she didn't know how to prepare the bags bkf to go. 😒 that cost me extra money at the airport. I always go to hotel with breakfast for my health condition. So it was disappointing, employee didn't even apologize.

Great location, nice large room and helpful staff.
Pros:

Location near where we left our car while we were traveling on an airplane. Delicious restaurant near by. Staff was very helpful answering question about area.

Cons:

As we checked out very early in the AM to catch a plane we asked for a breakfast to go bag. We received a Granny Smith Apple , which are soar and a dried up bagel.

Breakfast missed the mark!
Pros:

Rooms were very clean and recently refurbished. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not crazy about some food items at breakfast. Oatmeal was water with some oats floating in it. The only fruit offered were apples. The second day they brought out green bananas.
