موظفة الاستقبال كانت ودوده وسهلة التعامل
ايظاً الغرفه كانت اكبر وأنظف من ما كنت أتوقع
المرافق كبيره ومريحه والموقع ممتاز ومناسب جدا
وأفضل شي في المكان مواقف السيارات التي كانت كبيره ومتوفره بشكل لافت جدا

System down
Pros:

We’ve used this location in the past and it’s been fine. This time we weren’t able to stay.

Our stay is always wonderful at Home2Suites, Taylor, MI.
Pros:

The rooms are top notch, very spacious and lots of thoughtful touches in each room. All of the staff were friendly. I love the lobby area, very spacious and welcoming. Sam was very helpful to us. We had hoped to get in a little early because of the air quality and she helped facilitate that. She does a great job at the front desk. We had stayed at your motel last year around this time and it was wonderful then, too.

We have absolutely no complaints.

Decent if you just need a bed to sleep in for the night.
Pros:

Location was good. Front desk staff was very nice.

Cons:

We were surprised by this location. We usually really love all the Home2 Suites in other cities. The pool was extremely cold and dirty. The volume on our tv never worked. Which they said they would discount our stay if they didn’t get it fixed. They never discounted me. The room was very dusty. The pack n play was very dirty. I couldn’t put my toddler to sleep in it.
