Location is amazing, my room was clean and the beds were so comfortable, don’t get me started with the staff . They went beyond to make sure my stay was outstanding. The breakfast was top tier
I can’t find anything negative , loved my stay
The front desk lady was truly amazing! I traveled with my 3 kids for a softball tournament. They brought up a roll away bed for my teen, gave extra towels and blankets! Then, my daughter forgot her school computer and they saved it safely for her for over a week till we could travel back durning Thanksgiving break!

Bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in a while. Toilet seat was disgusting, covered in bodily fluids. Also, there was urine and toilet paper in the toilet, not flushed, when we arrived.
NO HOT WATER!!! Staff did move me to another room, however, the problem remained. It wasn’t until I was told by an employee to run the sink, shower, and flush the toliet at the same time, did I have hot water. Considering the price I paid for the week, this practice was unnecessary.

Obvious repairs to walls, damaged furniture, moldy and stained bathroom and carpet was filthy. Also, the evening of our final day signs went up saying we needed to pay for parking, despite being a guest at the hotel. Seriously?

We usually find Hamptons to be okay. The GM greeted us and was deligtful. It seemed as if the lobby had just been redecorated and it was well done. Because of the time of year, it was decorated with nice lights and trees, etc. The breakfast was the one typical of a Hampton Inn. But the room...There was no hot water at the sink after a 10 minute run; the water in the shower was cold with a touch of warm only; there was no shampoo nor conditioner; there was a vent in the bathroom (don't know what for) that made so much noise that we had to stuff it with a pillow to alleviate some sound; the fan and room temperature on the HVAC could not be adjusted; the room was tired. We wrote to the GM about this and the young man who helped us at checkout also took notes to pass along. No one contacted us.
Staff was excellent. Manager Ila Jacobs went above and beyond. Facility well-maintained and conveniently located.
