We had a lovely time. We were travelling and realized we would be at the hotel prior to the 3:00 check-in guidelines. I called and asked if it would be possible to arrive earlier. She kindly said it would not be a problem as they were not sold out. We were grateful as we travel with animals.

Poor service and poor place

The girl who checked us in had an attitude problem and was so nasty to customers on the phone, plus wasn’t too pleasant with the guests. Customer service in general wasn’t great.
Our kids were so excited to swim in the outdoor pool, however, one look and they said no way! It is filthy, with the pool vacuum just lying beside the pool the whole time. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months!

We had a constant drip in the bathroom that kept us up all night because it hits a metal plate, which also doesn’t drain when running the shower.

And lastly, the pillows are simply awful.
