Meh.
Pros:

Hotel is in desperate need of renovation. Bed was old and uncomfortable, drapes were off the hooks. Wallpaper torn, paint old and dingy. Carpet is ancient, tiles in the elevator were br. There is a one inch gap between the floor and the elevator mayor a challenge to push the luggage cart inside the elevator. Nice people but the facilities are in desperate need of repair, update, and renovation,

See above. Also I had sent an email to you about having to modify the reservation and no one ever responded to me from your end. Totally dissatisfied with your service and will not use again.

I didn’t like we were bumped, cancelled, because they overbooked instead of honoring booking.com’s reservation. The lady behind the counter was rude in an already hard situation.

Great,with some inconvenience
Pros:

Loved the location, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean.

Cons:

Some kind of sports/graduation event was going on, and I understand kids want to have fun,yet running around in hallway on 2nd floor between 2am-4am is unacceptable. We were staying there for my niece's graduation and had to listen to this fri/sat nights.

Probably won’t stay at this Hampton again

Location worked well for us

Cons:

Room smelled like a wet dog. Furniture was very worn . Drawers didn’t work well . Carpet looked worn . Tv was hard to get to change channels. Thankfully I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room

Booking failed me
Pros:

It was an overpriced place to sleep.

Cons:

Dirty, the pictures shown are actually to the Marriott in front of this hotel. It smells like garbage when you walk in consistently.
The pool is missing pieces of its ceiling and both are dirty.
