Location worked well for us
Room smelled like a wet dog. Furniture was very worn . Drawers didn’t work well . Carpet looked worn . Tv was hard to get to change channels. Thankfully I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room
It was an overpriced place to sleep.
Dirty, the pictures shown are actually to the Marriott in front of this hotel. It smells like garbage when you walk in consistently.
The pool is missing pieces of its ceiling and both are dirty.

This location is going down hill. No hot tub, dirty, not stocked for us, also employees were walking around complaining about their job! It was a terrible experience. We won't be returning to this location.

It’s close to the freeway
The bathroom was not worth the cost, cracked tiles with no grout and they actually moved when stepped on. Shower faucet was not fully attached to the shower wall. Tub was dirty.
The staff
The room beds were awful and the bathroom floor had cracks and the carpet had a hole. The beds wouldn’t stay on the bed frame
Absolutely nothing that I like about the property. Everything is old and rundown and dirty not being well taken care of at all.
I didn’t like the fact when I checked in and went to the room, my door was open. Then, when I got in the room, the room was still filthy. There was dirt underneath the rugs. The sockets were dirty. The table was dirty. The refrigerator was dirty. I had to clean everything before me and my family could even relax stains all on the bed on the bed skirt stains on the curtain the curtain fall apart the heat not working in the room stains on the carpet just have to do their job after I came on vacation to relax I was not able to relax the whole time. I had to switch rooms because the heat didn’t work and it was pushing out water. when I got into my next room that room was dirty too, and it had bugs on the floor underneath the bed was dirt. I asked for a vacuum cleaner, and I just try to make the best I could, even though this just wasn’t a vacation for us at all. I’m away from home. My children just felt so uncomfortable there.
Breakfast
We checked in at 11 pm, but the person on duty didn't have log in access to booking.com. They needed manager level access and could not access our updated reservation. We ended up having to cancel our reservation through booking.com for $89 dollars and get a room directly through the hotel for almost $200. Hampton would not match the price even though we could show them the confirmation and cost. It took almost 2 hours to get checked into the room. If it hadn't been so late we would have gone to another hotel.
