My overall stay was frustratingly underwhelming.
Pros:

The property is easily accessible from the interstate.

Cons:

The staff wasn’t friendly or helpful. Also, third party booking sites were not notified by the hotel that the pool was closed. When checking in, all managers were off duty and the young man at the counter said, “I’m not even supposed to be here.” We chose this location for accessibility and it had a pool for our children. The pool was closed and the booking site wasn’t notified of that. The manager had to be called on her personal phone and she refused to give any type of guidance of who to contact because she was off duty enjoying time with her grandson and couldn’t help. The bathroom floors were dirty the toilet wasn’t cleaned well.

Cons:

The pool was closed. I would not have stayed at that property had I known it was closed. Very disappointed kids. The washer on the second floor was not working. Guests should not be charged full price without the expected amenities.

The beds were confortable and the room spacious

Cons:

Was told we would have a crib but it was a pack n play. The AC was not working properly in our room, it was very hot. The breakfast was mediocre.

Wonderful service and very comfortable stay.
Pros:

My room was clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. I slept well. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. I appreciated the hot beverage station being available all the time.

Will not stay there again. I stay at Hampton's frequently. This location was disappointing.
Pros:

The breakfast was the highlight of the stay.

Cons:

The elevator nearest our room was out of order. The pool was closed for maintenance work. The air conditioner in our room did not work well; room was stuffy. The remote for our tv did not work; we reported it to the front desk. The lady at the desk stated she would come up, but she never showed up so we could not use the tv at all.

Perfect for a one-two night stay for long distance travel . Clean, good breakfast and comfortable.
Pros:

Very close to the highway. Easy on/off. Great Mexican restaurant and gas stations with quick mart within walking distance of hotel.
