Rude checkout lady
Pros:

Wonderful hotel, very clean & good location. We have stayed at many of these in our travels. Unfortunately the lady that did checkout Monday morning May 11 should be in another line of work. Not polite, not helpful, didn’t want to answer question and just has a bad personality for this type of work. I’m sure this is not what is meant by “ Southern Hospitality “. It affects your reviews for an otherwise good experience !
