Ok,have experienced better. Pool was warm.

Cons:

Very busy when arrived, no parking spaces available. I believe nearby colleges were having ceremonies which might have contributed to the crowding. Hot tub not working.

Upgraded room from Daniel
Pros:

The amazing front desk worker, Daniel matched bookings rate and even upgraded us to a king suite, because our original hotel never received our reservation. He made our experience so much better!

Cons:

The lobby had a cozy fireplace but the jacuzzi was out of order, and doesn't seem to be getting fixed anytime soon. The pool is warm though.

Pros:

Nice location close to Eastview Mall and plaza across the street. Room exactly as pictured we had one bedroom with fireplace. Breakfast was good lots of choices. Only negative pillows are not firm.

A lovely hotel for our 2 night visit!
Pros:

A group of 9 friends stayed here for 2 nights to attend a local Rochester event and I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The front desk staff is so very nice and I want to give a special shout out to Theresa, who works mornings in the breakfast area - what a lovely and friendly person she is! Our rooms were clean spacious with 2 double beds and a nice size bathroom. They do not clean daily unless you request it, which we did not. They have a wonderful large variety hot breakfast: the egg and cheese omelets and the scones were outstanding! It is offered from 6 to 10 am but coffee is available all day as are bananas and apples. They allowed us and others to use the breakfast area in the evening to socialize and play cards. They do have a grocery store type area to purchase food and other items - so a 16 oz. bottle of Diet Coke was a bit pricey at $5 but…..and I do not know what other items cost. Some used the pool but to our disappointment the hot tub was not working! The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping and eating out. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again without question!

The hot tub was the one accommodation my friend and I wanted for our bday..couldn't use it. bummed.
Pros:

We liked our check in host. Daniel was super nice. We liked the layout of our suite. worked great with young children. Pool area was fun.

Cons:

Hot tub was ice cold..colder than the pool. The beds were beyond uncomfortable and the sleeper sofa had black mold stains on it with burn holes on the sheet??..
