Clean, location
We booked our stay for our 14 year old girls wrestling team. Coaches, parents, and team. When we arrived they booked coaches on the 3rd floor, parents on the 2nd floor, and wrestlers on the 1st floor. This was unacceptable and we asked to have the wrestlers switched to near the parents or the coaches room. The young girl working did not want to hear any of our concerns. She just kept saying,"I can't do anything" and was rude about it. The hotel was clean, breakfast was great but we will not be using your facility because of the very poor customer service.
We later found out that several rooms were available on the other floors that night.
We had to stop overnight, as we were headed back to Illinois. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and temperature in room was perfect, given that snow was expected. Breakfast was great and they had a good variety of coffee. The staff went above and beyond, as my makeup bag was left in the room and they called and made arrangements to mail it to me. Exceptional service and hotel. Highly recommend this wonderful location.

First rat the receptionist. (All stuff unfriendly to me in my opinion)! There is customer ahead of me she would be friendly and asked what kind of room she wants ( what floor for example).. She didn’t greeting me the same way and asked no questions about my preferred room and just assigned to me and I got the worst room ever!!! You see where I am getting at? I am not white nor American and understood and heard about this part of country. But my money should as green as everyone else!!!!
The room face the street (Ramada hotel parking). The sink and the shower not draining ( taking shower with the water up to my ankles)!!! The AC extremely LOUD and so we didn’t get enough or good sleep and for $215/night. It is SOOOOO not worth it at all!!!!
Wrongly charged a smoking fee when we never smoked in the room. Staff went through our trash to accuse us of smoking and stated they found paraphernalia in our trash. We had thrown away an empty package from a local dispensary, which they called paraphernalia. Although recreational marijuana is legal in the state be aware that you could be charged a smoking fee if you bring it in the room, regardless if you do not smoke it in the room. Called the manager to speak about the charge and she continually told me I was incorrect and that I did smoke in the room, and I wasn’t wrongly charged.
