Hotel Quinta Santa Anita

Es un bonito lugar , muy cerca de la quinta avenida y cerca de los supermercados

Un hotel pequeño pero limpio, habitacuobes y camas comodas, baño limpio, el unico detalle fue la televisión que no servian mas que dos canales, de ahi en fuera todo muy bien!

No es verdad que tiene estacionamiento pero en habitación y servicio 10 de 10

Sehr freundliches Personal und grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel, wenn eben nicht Leute wären, die einen frühmorgens (gegen 4:00 Uhr) durch lautes Geschrei und Hämmern an Türen aus dem Schlaf reißen. Aber das
ist erfreulicherweise nur dreimal vorgekommen.
Ansonsten ein sehr angenehmes Hotel.

Loved the room. Was perfect for the price. Clean, great location, really good price for a full week. Friendly staff, easy check in, good wifi all around great. Not a five star hotel but a really good hotel that gives you everything you need and leaves you with no complaints.

Decent place with comfortable beds and rooms. The parking is on the street out the front. Easy and safe walk to supermarkets or into town for dinner

La tv no funcionaba , solicitamos apoyo y no se pudo resolver, hasta los ultimos dias nos cambiaron de habitacion

El hotel está muy tranquilo. Cumple con todo lo que se necesita. Cerca del centro.”, cerca de la playa, cerca de 2 hipermercados, a la vuelta tiene a “los únicos” un lugar de tacos muy bueno que están hasta bien tarde. La limpieza en el hotel es buena. Y siempre hay alguien en la puerta para seguridad.

This hotel has mixed reviews but the price was reasonable so we decided to give it a try.

Unfortunately our experience reflected the lower ratings. We booked through Expedia where check-in was stated as 2:00 p.m.; however when we arrived we were told we could not check in until 3:00 p.m. The room we got was on the top floor. There were stains on bed sheets and towels. Wi-fi did not work in the room. We asked if we could switch rooms. We were told there are no rooms available for next 2 days. We were told their wi-fi works fine, the problem is our phones. Luckily there was a different receptionist in the morning. She switched us to a room on first floor where the wi-fi iwas stronger. One issue solved; however the new room also had stains on sheets and towels.

As for location, this hotel is about 10 - 15 minute walk from the Main Street. ADO turistica bus stop is a 20-minutes walk and ADO Alterna bus stop is 6 minute walk. The neighborhood is not really nice but it didn’t feel unsafe.

La habitacion estuvo bien en general en cuanto a sus instalaciones. Sin embargo holia a humedad, y el internet es muy malo, no sirvio 3 de los cuatro dias que estuve ahi.
Desafortunadamente me toco una habitación que daba a la calle y el ruido era demasiado.

It is a nice little hotel, well maintained, and staffed by friendly professional people. All good

It was an overall good stay. The room was cleaned everyday, the staff were really kind and alrhough the area around the property didnt look like much, it was a really short walk to the beach and 5th ave. There are 3 major grocery stores 1 block away like Walmart and Soriana.
Small thing that could improve is the water pressure in the shower.

El hospedaje estubo muy bien está céntrico todas la playas están muy cerca centros comerciales y transporte el servicio es tal y lo que ofrecen diario hacen el aseo en general muy bien recomendable

Buen servicio, pero la habitación asignada se veían en mal estado, pero todo limpio

La estancia fue tranquila, las personas atentas, la limpieza y condiciones fue buena; si bien no tiene espacio propio de estacionamiento, la parte frente al edificio cuenta con cámaras y la zona ds muy segura.

Muy bien solo el olor a humedad pero de ahí en fuera cómodo

Ich war nun zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und wie
gewohnt war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Umgebung ruhig.

Enjoyed my time. Cheap and efficient
