Work trip to paradise early morning bird calls bring the feeling of Maya country to the fore.
Pros:

Clean surroundings and itasa and Brihyanni at front desk to Arnold and Austin security were friendly and very welcoming made you feel comfortable.

Great location....with an excellent restaurant.....
Pros:

Beautiful location right on the beach.....very spacious and quiet room......balcony with views.....very friendly owner....and excellent food at the restaurant.....

The balcony was a bonus plus the grounds outside by the waterfront.
Pros:

The location was perfect by the Waterfront and close proximity to the town and beaches.

Cons:

The tiles in the bathroom were dark brown making the space darker, appearing smaller, and there was a moldy smell.

Nice short term place to stay
Pros:

Great location, great ocean view, easy access to just about everything. Good bar

Cons:

Really basic, very few amenities. Court yard was kind of a mess. The staff was friendly enough but I felt like they were forcing to be.
