Worst cleanses
Pros:

The room was really old and not hygienic.
There was broken fridge and inside there was eaten fruits trash.
In midnight we faced to fight with 3 cockroaches and it is still nightmare.

J’ai carrément refuser de me doucher tellement c’est chaud à quel point la douche était sale, les draps donner clairement pas l’impression d’être laver et ça puer l’humidité.. sans parler du personnel pas très accueillant..

O lugar é bem simples, pra quem tá procurando um local chic esse não é pra você. A estrutura em si do local precisa de uma reforma, mas eu gostei do conforto da cama, o frigobar funciona super bem, a TV também, o ar-condicionado é bem fraco,
E eles não limpam o quarto diariamente. Tem muitos pontos a serem melhorados, mas tem pontos positivos também como ser bem localizado, os funcionários são um amor de pessoa, principalmente os da recepção como seu Silvio que ganhou todo meu coração ♥️ Enfim… eu gostei bastante do local, voltaria com certeza.

Vale o preco que foi pago, sem luxo mas acolhedor
Pros:

A Pousada fica numa localizacao muito boa se o seu destino for o Centro Historico de Sao Luis. o edificia e' uma gracinha porem suas caracteristicas historicas nao permitem maiores reformas. Nao tem luxo, mas e' acolhedor e simples. Vale o preco pago. O Cafe' da manha e' uma historia a parte muito bem servido, comida e carinho caseiro, quase de vo'. Amei.

As fotos não retratam a realidade do local
Pros:

A pousada possui uma boa localização porém a estrutura da mesma deixa a desejar. Fiquei com a minha família em um quarto triplo. A cama de casal era ok mas a cama de solteiro estava faltando um dos pés, o que fazia com que a cama apresentasse certa instabilidade. Para resolver o problema foi necessário colocar uma mochila cheia de roupas no lugar onde deveria estar o pé da cama. A noite vi um rato gigante andando no pátio da pousada. As paredes do pátio possuem marcas escuras de mofo. O atendimento foi bastante cordial. Um senhor nos recepcionou muito bem. Não voltaria a me hospedar lá. Existem opções melhores por preços semelhantes na região.

Atendimento péssimo. O chuveiro da choque. Frigobar dar choque . Café da manhã temos que pagar 20 reais.. unica coisa positiva era o ar-condicionado..
