Cons:

The lack of a waffle machine at breakfast was a bummer. The pancake machine was okay and I’m sure it’s less hassle than a waffle machine but the waffle machine is my favorite part of a hotel breakfast bar.

They are short staffed . The beds were not comfortable as I woke up with back aches both nights
Pros:

Proximity to my event

Cons:

The duvet cover was soiled. I called the front desk who asked me to bring the duvet to the front desk. I read given a duvet cover replacement and was told that she would bring the duvet later. I told her to forget it as I needed to go to sleep

Overall the price was good the room was bigger than I expected. The stuff was very friendly and help
Pros:

I like to how big the room was. I had a big bed that was very comfortable with great pillows. The room was very clean. It was a very pleasant experience

Cons:

I didn't like that they didn't have a person to make the eggs. The eggs tasted like pre-packaged. I like fresh scrambled eggs.
