Very good location next to the river. Breakfast was excellent.
Staff was professional, courteous, and friendly. They were extremely patient with us not speaking German (more than people would be in the states). The breakfast and executive lounge (actually incredibly worth it) were unreal and the concierge was incredibly helpful.
The only knock on the place was that our room was so hot at night that we would be coated in sweat. The AC being underutilized in Europe is something I’m used to, but our windows weren’t able to open either.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean and ina great location. The reason i did not give excellent for mh rting was that i booked a room with 2 queen beds as we are a family of 4 but upon arrival they would not allow 4 in the room and we had to book another room. Thid had never been an issue in North America so i had not expected this. The hotel gave us a family rate on the 2nd room but it was still an unexpected cost we werent happy about incurring.

Having stayed here a number of times previously, the Hyatt Regency was my first choice, and as ever didn't disappoint. Its an excellent hotel, breakfast is superb, and the staff a delight. If I have to voice one criticism, the cost of guest parking has become excessive.
One of the best service
Great hotel. Very central location. Whereby there are some strange characters very near the hotel. Sometimes feels a little bit unsafe. Room is very small. Should be bigger for a high price hotel. friendly staff mostly. Lounge staff overloaded and inefficient.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and has so many amenities! Great location with a lovely view and many restaurants on-site! Will visit again!
They make you pay to use the gym and sauna, 29 euros. Not OK considering what I paid for my room. There are also hardly any decent restaurants within walking distance and the Italian place next to the Hyatt was completely booked every night we were in Cologne.
