Incredible comfy , high class
Pros:

The beds and pillows were amazing. Quiet air conditioning . Spa and sauna , entre bufee was amazing , open fire amazing . The place smelled so good with the Smokey fireplace scent . Loved the seafood esp the oysters

Cons:

No porter at the door , I had to lift my heavy bags over the stairs didn’t see the ramp till I left

As always at the top of their game!
Pros:

Stay here regularly and always attentive and professional staff eager to please. Some excellent service over the 30 years I have stayed here. You don’t come back time and time again unless it is excellent - and it is.

Cons:

Hot plates for breakfast.

Lovely Heritage Hotel in a great position with amazing staff. Well done everyone
Pros:

Staff were exceptional. I would like to mention Concierge Cameron who was so helpful. Also Thomas in the Restaurant who patiently helped me choose the best wines for my meal. Overall the staff were very attentive and friendly

Comfortable, well located hotel and we enjoy the heritage addict with calm ambiance.
Pros:

Location and room comfort good. We did find that the ground floor room one family member had in the heritage wing did have a strong musty/ damp smell unfortunately. However overall room comfort and access was very good.
