Very average and definitely not worth the money
Pros:

The design was lovely.

Cons:

We tried to call reception and no one answered. There was a pillow in our room that had a strong stench of dried sweat. Which made us question what else hadn’t been cleaned. The pool area didn’t look at all like the pictures on the website.

Beautiful suites, attentive staff, great breakfast and perfect location if you have an event at the Marion
Pros:

Beautiful property, spacious rooms, excellent amenities in the suites in particular. The staff were attentive and very helpful at all times. We stayed here for my sister’s wedding at the Marion nearby and it was the perfect location.

Cons:

I can’t really felt it., It’s arguably expensive but I think the cost is justified for the most part. Room service was pretty pricey.

It was always on my bucket list. Been there, done that, coming back! Thanks Hyatt.
Pros:

We loved everything!
Travelling to the hotel was free from stress. The hotel parking was very convenient.
We ordered and received in a timely manner, an excellent dinner. Our meals arrived with the special requests and everything needed for the dinner was available on the trolley.
The gym , indoor heated pool, spa and sauna at the Clubhouse added to the relaxation of our time there.
The beautiful courtyard was impeccable.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating.
We think we have found our yearly anniversary destination.

Tranquil yet energising with amazing service and authentic professionalism
Pros:

The classic and very clean decor, the human touch where things were not automated by technology. Every member of staff was so professional and friendly. It was evident that they all took pride in their role and they were so polite and respectful. We hope to return soon!

Cons:

We really could not find fault during our stay and just wish it was longer!

As a first timer, I wasn't sure what to expect. The charm of the place was a welcome surprise.
Pros:

Service was efficient and also friendly.
Location was perfect for the Canberra Marathon.
Room was big enough for two people with space to spare.
Bath - my son ran in the marathon and the bath was ideal for prep and recovery!

Cons:

Breakfast staff seemed unable to explain how I should go about getting myself set up at a table to have breakfast. First respondent ignored me. Second respondent was gruff and unclear. Third respondent was able to provide clarity.

Pros:

英語が話せない中、翻訳アプリを使用し説明・手続きをしてくれた。また、バルーン体験の為に当該ホテルを使用したのですが、風の影響でバルーンフライトが中止になりました。その連絡も変わりにしていただけて本当に助かりました。

Cons:

基本どこも清潔で掃除が行き届いていましたが、便器の上部（水が流れる付近）が黒ずんでいたり、隅の汚れが気になりました。星5ホテルなので細部の掃除まで拘って欲しいです。

It may sound like hyperbole, but it was in my top 5 hotel experiences. (And I'm not a young man!)
Pros:

Check-in was very busy, but I was met by Ben in very quick time. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and this was seamless. My late checkout request was met. My room was immaculate with everything I needed.
For dinner, I ordered room service, the serving was generous and delicious; very good value.

Cons:

To nitpick, my room was at the far end of the hotel in a secluded corner, so it was a longer walk out. But that was pretty much irrelevant.
