Pros:

spacious and comfortable room, food and coffee was decent.

Cons:

no doorman at entry, no bell services to assist with bags or help find room upon arrival. stay was for my mum and she needed some assistance, front desk handed her room key and that’s it, didn’t offer any further assistance which is disappointing customer service for a Hyatt. There was one staff member however who was very attentive, polite and provided mum with great service. she forgot his name but she said he was the only standout staff and he provided a 10/10 service, so thank you to that person appreciate you looking after my mum.
