Clean comfortable and peaceful
Pros:

Location was good. Easy to access everything. It was just far enough away from the centre of the city to be nice and peaceful.

Lovely property overall in prominent location
Pros:

Lovely property and location but the interiors are a little tired and in some areas lack ambience. The rooms are a very generous size and beautifully clean and the bathrooms are very comfortable.

Cons:

The service is very underwhelming. It took half an hour to get a cup of tea in the tearooms, they didn’t know how to transfer payment for breakfast to our room, they are slow to respond, room service systems dud not work and we were given incorrect information at check-in for our booking. Generally training does not appear to be great. However, housekeeping keep the rooms beautifully clean.
