Loved it and will definitely stay again if in Canberra and the price is right.
Pros:

Everything. The hotel, staff, and grounds are superb. Good quality food, lovely rooms. Our room was lovely but needs just a little maintence on its air con - very loud if teperature turned up and taps in bathroom need to be checked. Have to be turned off very tightly. Unfirtunsteky it is a bit removed - not close to any shops etc.

The cost is above average for hotels in Canberra, but well worth it.
Pros:

The breakfast was a buffet with excellent choices that you expect from a 5 star hotel. 10/10. Second barista made coffee at no charge. Many other places charge for a second coffee.

I’ll still be back but front of house staff could be better.
Pros:

I have stayed here many times as I like the old style of the hotel. It’s quiet, elegant and spacious.

Cons:

Despite the fact that I have been here many times, I was greeted with have you stayed with us before. And no instructions were given for my car.

Pros:

This is a beautiful and exceptionally well-maintained property. The facilities are excellent, and the rooms are thoughtfully designed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The property offers a peaceful and serene ambiance, making it an enjoyable place to stay.

Cons:

Although appreciated that WiFI was available; it was disappointing that in the part of the hotel I stayed I had no reception. It is out company policy not to use hotel WiFi for work purposes. I sat in the foyer to respond to emails.

I loved everything about the Hyatt - the central location, spacious room with comfortable beds, luxurious bathroom products, beautiful courtyard garden where we had a wine and the helpful staff.
