An enjoyable stay and perfect position for Enlightenment - which we enjoyed very much.
Pros:

Room very spacious. Lounge area very welcoming. We enjoyed an early dinner from the bar menu one evening.

Cons:

Restaurant disappointing - very limiting menu and wine list.

It was a lovely weekend, we felt relaxed and looked after
Pros:

We loved the very abundant breaskfast buffet! And our room was very spacious and comfortable and the service excellent.

Cons:

Some confusion about the bill at the end of our stay - the amount on check in (room rate + $50 deposit) seemed to have actually come out of our account (instead of it being 'held' as they said it would) and then we received an invoice for the final room rate to be paid. I had to ring them afterwards to clarify, as the process wasn't so clear.

Always enjoy atmosphere.

Cons:

We had to change rooms because of the noise but handled beautifully by staff.
The carpets in areas need replacing....
