1.לא היה מקום חניה לנכים - נתפס ע״י העובדים
2 הבטיחו שישימו אותנו אחד ליד השני - 3 זוגות שמו רק 2 זוגות

הצעת יעול דחוף לשפר בגלל המרחק של המלון מהעיר
אני מציעה שתעשו שאתלים מהמלון לעיר כל חצי שעה זה יקל מאוד על האורחים
ברור לי שיש מוניות אבל זה מאוד יקר לקחת מונית לעיר
מפני שאין לכם תחבורה ציבורית מעבר לכביש של המלון וזה זמן הליכה לתחבורה ציבורית
וקשה למבוגרים ההליכה הזו
אני אישית לא יחזור בגלל המרחק

לצערי התאכזבנו מאוד ביחס לרשת מלונות הזו. חלק מהמתקנים במלון היו סגורים או תקולים. המלון מסורבל מבחינת התמצאות. העובדים לא שירותיים ולא יודעים לתת מענה לצרכים. בחדר היה חסר ציוד בסיסי כמו מגבות וסבון.

היה שירות מדהים הצוות מדהים הכל היה נקי ומסודר
היה מענה מהיר ונעים בכל פעם שביקשנו הצוות ענה באדיבות ובנעימות ואני בטוחה שנחזור שוב!!
הגענו כמשפחה שלימה וזה היה חוויה שמשאירה טעם של עוד!

We had the most amazing experience. The staff is beyond nice, polite and helpful. The public spaces as well as the rooms are spotless clean. Breakfast was exceptional. The hotel offers a wide variety of of activities for children and the spa is a real treat. The seating area around the pool is vast with lots if options for shade, sun, half shade half sun.

Cons:

The area around the pool doesn't have a special non slip floor so it is very slippery and one must watch his step. No running! They should change that to make it more safe. Signs saying "whet floor" are simply not enough
