Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, jednak do poprawy oferta śniadaniowa.

Bardzo uprzejmy personel w hotelu.

Cons:

Bardzo niewydajna klimatyzacja, nie pomogły interwencje w recepcji. Słabe śniadania, dużo wszystkiego ale po chwili okazuje się, że brakuje podstawowych świeżych produktów np. pieczywo, warzywa, sery, jogurty. Dania z karty są rozczarowujące, bez smaku, tylko z półproduktów. W związku z tym, że jest to bardzo duży hotel na zamówioną kawę trzeba długo czekać a na sali tylko jedno stanowisko z ekspresem.
Myślę, że mniej potraw kosztem jakości byłaby dla klientów hotelu lepszym rozwiązaniem.

The hotel itself is nice, but our experience was overshadowed by poor handling of a serious noise complaint.
Children in the room next to ours were running, repeatedly banging on the shared wall, with loud laughter and conversation continuing past midnight. We called reception twice, but nothing changed. Eventually, I had to knock on the neighbors' door myself because the hotel failed to intervene effectively.
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told none was available. The only solution offered was for us to move rooms after midnight—even though we had already unpacked and settled in. Meanwhile, the disruptive guests remained where they were.
What disappointed me most was not the noise itself, but the hotel's response. Guests should not have to repeatedly complain or resolve disturbances on their own. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected staff to enforce quiet hours and handle the situation professionally.
The food was good and many aspects of the hotel were enjoyable, but the lack of customer service and failure to address a legitimate complaint left a very poor impression. I would not stay here again unless their approach to guest disturbances improves.

The room was never comfortably cool. Even with the thermostat set to 17°C, the air conditioning was unable to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving the room warm throughout the day and night and affecting our comfort and sleep.
The Wi-Fi signal was also weak and unreliable, with frequent interruptions.
A restful night's sleep is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel. Unfortunately, the noise remained an issue even after speaking directly with the manager and spending nearly 15 minutes asking for effective action. I was told the neighboring guests had promised to be quieter. While the loud conversations stopped, the children continued running around the room and repeatedly slamming doors and banging on the shared wall.
The most disappointing part was the hotel's response. Apart from offering complimentary breakfast, no meaningful solution was provided. I was told the guests could not be relocated, and no effective alternative was offered.
The problem was not simply the noise—it was the lack of effective action to resolve it. I expected a much higher standard of customer service and guest care.

Ett fantastiskt hotell som verkligen lever upp till sina fem stjärnor. Från första stund möts man av en varm och professionell service där personalen har en genuin känsla för gästupplevelsen och levererar service i absolut världsklass. Frukosten håller mycket hög kvalitet med noggrant utvalda råvaror och ett imponerande utbud. Hotellet är genomgående rent och välskött, sängarna är mycket bekväma och det märks att stor omsorg har lagts på både detaljer och helhetsupplevelse. De goda kakorna och det övriga utbudet av mat och dryck bidrar till den exklusiva känslan. Loungen erbjuder dessutom ett generöst och uppskattat sortiment som förhöjer vistelsen ytterligare. Ett hotell som överträffar förväntningarna och som varmt kan rekommenderas.

Bereits der Eingangsbereich besticht durch das außergewöhnliche Interieur. Aber nicht nur das Design ist beeindruckend, sondern bereits an der Concierge die Freundlichkeit, Aufmerksamkeit und Zuverlässigkeit der Mitarbeiter. Das setzt sich dann an der Rezeption fort. Man hat gleich von Anfang an das wohltuende Gefühl nicht nur ein zahlender Gast, sondern ein Mensch zu sein, der verwöhnt werden soll.
Die Zimmereinrichtung ist nicht nur funktional, sondern für Design Freaks ein Erlebnis. Sehr gut haben mir die grünen Fliesen im Bad gefallen .
Ich hatte ein wunderbares Zimmer mit Balkon und würde es jederzeit wieder so buchen wollen.

Sikke en velkomst. Blev modtaget udenfor døren og kunne betale for valet parking. Enormt servicemindet personale, uanset hvem vi mødte. Utroligt smukke og rene rammer, både på værelset og resten af hotellet. Hotelbaren laver suveræne drinks! Kan anbefale deres whiskey sour! 🥃🍸 pool og spa området er helt i top. Rent lækkert og skøn stemning.
