Everything id want a hotel to be.
Pros:

Clean , spacious room, nice view of golf course. Restaurant downstairs was convenient and delicious. Staff was excellent.

Cons:

Had to pay $19 to park there.

Very enjoyable stay. Loved the room and the staff.

I was driving from North Carolina and thought this was a nice hotel to stay in after 2500 miles of driving.
Pros:

Guest clerk at night was not welcoming, very fast and brash. Parking is across the street, really dirty. People smoking right outside the front doors. Hallways dirty, rooms average and musky smell. Our room was dusty, no ventilation and small.

If you're in the area, I could not imagine a better place
Pros:

We stayed at this hotel because we went to Six Flags, and it was absolutely beautiful. The hotel was very pretty. The amenities were fantastic. The room was very comfortable. Not hot at all even though we went in july.There was a delicious mexican food place across the street.The hotel had wonderful breakfast in the morning.I would highly recommend this place.

Outstanding customer service
Pros:

We were staying in the area for a wedding. The customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I left my rx glasses behind and they got in touch with me to mail them at not charge to me. It was a huge relief to have these back home within a week of my trip. Our family enjoyed using the pool and having a larger room with king bed with a small sitting area. The rooms were quiet and comfortable. It also got nice and dark at night!!

Beautiful hotel, great customer experience.

Pros:

Quiet location - i got an inner courtyard facung room with a balcony. Very accommodating front desk staff. Very attentive staff at the restaurant - went for dinner and breakfast. Standard options on menu. Bed is very comfy. Close but not too close to Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Nice Location
Pros:

Nice location in the heart of Valencia, with overnight parking fees. Overall, the hotel could use some updating - particularly in the bathroom. Would be nice to have more hotel information (i.e., restaurant menu, amenities location and hours, etc.) in the room. The pool would've been nice if it hadn't been covered in so much pollen.
