Great location for our needs
No TV remote in the room. Called down to report that.
Nice somewhat dated hyatt property in good location, but NO ev chargers as advertised. Don’t come expecting to charge your ev.
Went to Magic Mountain with a group of 10 kids and their families so staying at this hotel was perfect. Close to MM and close to Target, Sprouts, Whole Foods, and plenty of restaurants. Hotel pool served its purpose although I didn't use it. Seemed a bit small and kid-ridden.
Cucumber water in the lobby. Rooms are VERY dark, beds dipped in the middle - you can see the dip, shower pressure is not strong -- but that's all low-flow shower heads. Refrigerator in the room, slippers available on request. The staff are all very good. Very welcoming, responds quickly to requests, perfectly friendly and helpful. My friend gifted me a Guest of Honor so I enjoyed breakfast, two bottles of water / day, and free parking.
Room Cleanliness - The bathtub drain was not working, maintenance worker found a huge clump of hair in the drain. Bathroom also not stocked with basic essentials - tissue, plastic cups. The ice machine was disgusting and did not seem to be working, they should have put a sign on the front of the machine or locked the door to avoid guess entry.
Loved that they uograded our standard room
To a junior suite prior to arrival (Im a globalist). However, the sofabed was stiff & no sofabed beddings/pillows in the room (we reserved for 3 people and there is only a king bed and sofabed in the junior suite). The operator/front desk/housekeeping were not answering the phones when we called for beddings. Had to have my child go down to front desk to ask for sofabed beddings. Free buffet weekend breakfast for globalist was good. daniel in the restaurant made us good coffee.check in and check out was quick. Stay was good, only disappointed with housekeeping not providing sofabed beddings for 3rd guest and no one answering phones. Would still consider returning.
The Wi-Fi performance during my most recent stay was wholly unacceptable. The connection failed repeatedly, ultimately forcing me to withdraw from an active business meeting — a disruption that carried real professional consequences. For a hotel of this caliber, reliable internet connectivity is not an amenity but a basic expectation, and in 2026 there is simply no excuse for infrastructure of this standard. As a longtime, loyal guest, I find this experience deeply disappointing and, if this issue is not addressed, will be compelled to seek accommodations elsewhere that can reliably meet the needs of a business traveler.
Excellent reception at the front desk. Wonderful linens and comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was great for dinner and for breakfast.
The carpet in the bedroom had crumbs on it that were missed in the cleaning, but that is minimal.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and professional. Very convenient locatìon within walking distance to restaurants and entertainment.
Great hotel, room was very nice and clean and breakfast was great. If I am back in the area, I will stay there again. I have told my family and friends that I had a great experience.
