Disappointing end to a lovely trip

Cons:

Flight was very delayed on day of departure and they wouldn’t let us up to the spa to shower quickly even though we had been out all day in 38 degree heat!!! They said the spa was full but we could pay 160 euros to go to the spa and shower!! Apart from that it was lovely.

Die Klimaanlage hat garnicht funktioniert und bei 30 Grad war es echtem heiß. Getröstet wurde man mit es dauert etwas aber haben die ganze nacht geschwitzt. Möbel veraltet

Fantastischer Service in allen Bereichen! Wir haben uns überaus wohl gefühlt. Unser Zimmer war sehr komfortabel und gut klimatisiert. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen!
Auch der Spa- Bereich ist toll! Wir waren super zufrieden. Bei zukünftigen Aufenthalten in Berlin ist das unser Hotel.
