La atención del personal del Front Desk, la habitación cómoda, limpia. La oportunidad de un upgrade, fue muy bueno, tener el acceso a la sala VIP, para tomar alguna bebida y algún snack, hizo una diferencia en la estancia.

Cons:

La atención del mesero en el restaurante estuvo muy bien, pero realmente la comida en la cena dejó mucho que desear, caro para lo que nos dieron, muy poca cantidad y de sabor si les faltó mucho. En el área de piscina, pues no había lugar para dejar las pertenencias, en algunos sectores estaba sucio, con platos, vasos y comida. Niños en área de jacuzzi, no había seguimiento del personal para que los niños no se metan al jacuzzi.

Pros:

Lage und Ausstattung - super. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Einkaufszentrum mit Supermarkt und Restaurants. Auch der Flughafen ist nicht weit entfernt. Es bietet ein schönes, großes Fitnessstudio, einen Pool und einen Spa-Bereich. Wir haben dieses Hotel gewählt, weil es in der Nähe eines Guatemala Country Golf Club liegt und wir am nächsten Tag nach Antigua weiterreisen mussten.

It provided the rest and refreshment we desperately needed after a long day of traveling.
