Disappointed, probably will never comeback

When I booked my stay breakfast was supposed to included, at the time payment they over charged the amount that was already stipulated, according to the person at the front desk is because they charge the dollar at a higher price, total BS, if you are booking in dollars at one amount why they have to change you differently, bad customer service at the front desk.

Good staff, but facilities and information didn’t match expectations.
Pros:

4th time staying here. The room itself was comfortable, the location is very convenient (attached mall with restaurants and stores, and close to the airport), and the staff were excellent and courteous throughout our stay.

Cons:

The pool closed at 7pm (no posted time of closure. Every time we stay here there is an issue with the pool), the toilet in our room was malfunctioning and was not properly fixed, and the coffee maker was dirty and unusable. I also did not like management’s handling of these issues. Overall, the facilities and communication did not match expectations. I will not be staying here again.

Terrible Management. Excellent staff.
Pros:

Management was terrible. We only stay for the pools. 4 times and the pool has been closed 3 times. Staff tried to be accommodating but Management needs social skills, deescaliation training, and just general respect for others. A simple acknowledgement that they had messed up would have gone a long way. They tried to make up for it with 2 small pieces of cake for our group of 6. Later our toilet wouldn't stop flushing, when maintenance came they just turned off the water and didn't fix anything. Our friends coffee maker had mold and smelled terrible.
