Great stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautify and in a great central location in the city of Guatemala. There is a shopping center next to the hotel where you can go shopping. The Hibiscus restaurant has great service!

Amazing rest, location, food
Pros:

the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet; with the bed being VERY comfortable. i loved the location, the food at Hibiscus, and the spa. The pool and the sauna were wonderful. I had a very busy trip and it was nice to relax and unwind in such an awesome place.

Great option to stay
Pros:

As usual in this hotel, everything was just great. The personnel at the Lobby were very helpful. The rooms, comfortable and great size. The food is just great, specially the breakfast buffet, recommend to include it in your reservation.
