Pros:

Breakfast. room was really good

Cons:

Upon our arrival, we encountered a severe amount of smoke and a burning odor in the hallways of both the 2nd and 7th floors, as if a fire had broken out. When we raised this dangerous situation to your staff, they casually dismissed our concerns by saying everything was "fine." Furthermore, they failed to take immediate action to ventilate the area, leaving the air polluted for a prolonged period.

It was a good experience overall

The classy touch, the vintage vibe

Cons:

The size of room and bathroom both were small , which was quite disappointing and also the transparent glass doors and one side wall of bathroom really made it very uncomfortable experience! Please try fix it
People come to stay with parents as well !! V need privacy . Basic decency that v all practice in family

Pros:

One of the best experiences I've had with a Delhi hotel. The wonderful staff at checkin upgraded my room to a beautiful suite. The location was super convenient. The breakfast was exhaustive. I had an amazing stay. Will visit again.

Great hotel with amazing staff!
Pros:

An outstanding stay from beginning to end! From the moment you arrive at the Hyatt Regency Delhi, you feel genuinely welcomed and almost at home.
A special thank you to Amar, whose personal care and attention made all the difference. He was always available, made sure every request was taken care of, and ensured that everything was perfectly organized. You always felt that you could approach him with any concern.
The entire team is warm, professional, and truly dedicated to making every guest feel comfortable. The food is excellent, both through room service and in the hotel’s restaurants.
The pool is a wonderful place to relax, the spa treatments are exceptional, and the gym is modern and very well equipped.
I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Hyatt. Pavitra welcomed my crew and I with genuine care at check-in. Always ready to listen to us. Madan and Ashish at the cafe are very attentive. Ashish kindly brought delicious chai and Dosa!!! Last but not least Surinderji at the concierge desk is amazing. Check- out is effortless. Overall 6 ⭐️

Excellent Stay Made Even Better by Keya and Purvi

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency New Delhi, and overall, it was a very good experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained. I also truly appreciated the early check-in provided by the team.

I would especially like to give a big shout-out to Keya at the reception and her manager, Purvi. They both handled my concern with great professionalism, care, and efficiency. Keya was very helpful and calm, and Purvi took ownership of the situation immediately. Their approach truly reflected the high standard of service I expect from Hyatt.

Purvi and Keya really stood out during my stay. They were professional, supportive, and made sure my experience ended on a very positive note. I truly appreciate their excellent service.
