Unprofessional and irresponsible
Pros:

Rooms were a decent size

Cons:

Lost my luggage during check in. Allowed a check out guest to walk out with my bag, had to cancel important meetings and dinner reservations.

overall it was a great experience
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with different varieties of food .
The staff were very helpful and very kind
Room was very clean and suitable

Cons:

Few days we were in the long que for breakfast since the hotel was almost full
I was expecting another reception from the hotel staff as traditional indian reception to thier hosts with flowers and greating but despite asking it was not done , instead i recieved a bouquet of flower as a compensation !

Great hotel with great services and staff. Just the downside was the older furnishings and shower unit.
Pros:

The amenities and breakfast were amazing! Services and service teams were well spoken and always helpful.

Ageing property with good standards
Pros:

This was my first stay at the Hyatt Regency Delhi. It feels like a relatively old property, but still has plenty of quality to it. I was particularly impressed by the restaurants; all my meals were excellent. The pool area is not particularly appealing but the gym is quite good. Spacious and comfortable room. Would gladly return.

The most terrible hotel
Pros:

We are here for our last night in India. The service is poor and slow our bathroom floods if you use the shower. Worst of all we have to get up early to catch our plane so went to bed early, the cacophony of non stop drums started before 9pm and has been non stop ever since. There is apparently a wedding outside it is just terrible so loud you cannot think or read. Why they allow this is beyond my understanding. Do yourself a favour and do not come here even if it is free. Mr and Mrs Ewins Uk

Exceptional service
Pros:

The Hyatt regency New Delhi is a marvellous hotel . Bed and pillows are comfortable and aircon works perfectly an essential for Irish travellers .The staff are exceptional everywhere from the breakfast where the range of food is outstanding fresh fruit fresh pressed juices all kinds cooked to order breakfast and such buns cakes all tasted wonderful . Then the regency club lounge on level is a retreat from the hustle and bustle of Delhi staff are so courteous all without exception from senior manager who was always to welcoming to the lady manger recently engaged and Rakesh our friendly and charming young man who kindly brought us our top ups of prosceco every night food was varied and tasty. The spa and pool were very relaxing . I recommend this hotel highly and do book the club access as it is just so relaxing and was so much better than we anticipated

Regency Club is worth the fee
Pros:

The staff at the Regency Club are great! Harsh is especially welcoming. The happy hour has a great vibe and good food. Breakfast was very good- I had masala tea and eggs Benedict. We enjoyed midday tea and cakes as well.

Pros:

I had a wonderful experience during my visit to Hyatt Regency, Delhi, and the service at the Regency Club Lounge truly stood out. The lounge was elegant, calm, and very well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax.
Special mention to mr nirmalaya he was very pleasant welcoming and attentive he always make sure we are well looked after and our evening at the lounge is comfortable . Excellent service.
I would especially like to appreciate Rakesh , who took exceptional care of us throughout our visit. He was warm, attentive, and extremely professional. From greeting us with a smile to ensuring our preferences were well looked after, his service made a noticeable difference to our experience.
Rakesh was knowledgeable about the offerings, proactive in assisting us, and always approachable. His genuine hospitality and attention to detail reflected the high standards of Hyatt and made us feel truly valued as guests.
Experiences like these are what make a stay memorable. I would definitely recommend the Regency Club Lounge at Hyatt Regency, Delhi, and commend Rakesh for his excellent service and dedication.

Tired and dated hotel
Pros:

Very dated and poor condition rooms ! Changed 3 rooms before acceptable. Corridor carpets are disgusting and dirty ! Rooms are not soundproof at all. Can hear everything from the corridor. Breakfast staff were helpful. Lounge staff also helpful.

Great stay at Hyatt Regency New Delhi
Pros:

Nice location, great food,great service . A special thanks to our driver and guide Nishan from Hyatt Regency New Delhi .He knows a lot about the culture and New Delhi, he was very careful while driving us to Agra and to many nice places in New Delhi .
We definitely recommend him if you wish to visit New Delhi and Agra.

No regard for customers
Pros:

Some of the staff is not helpful at all for example the person at breakfast denied me breakfast for wearing room slippers saying it’s only meant for the room. I am an exploring member and also a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member. After having stayed in countless properties across the globe, I was not aware that breakfast buffets have dress codes. You should be mentioning that at the time of check in and not sending guests back once they’ve arrived.
