Pros:

breakfast was worse than a langar. There was so much crowd and I had to go hungry every day to work . They should have opened other spaces if their breakfast was so full. This happened each and every day and at all times of the morning.

Pros:

Good Location good gym Some staff are good

Cons:

1 The Front check in Lady was unprofessional
Instead of itroducing us to the hotel amenities, She was interrogating us about the purpose of our trip repeatedly
2 The room was noisy , traffic noise all night from the main road with cars and other vehicles honking musical horns all night Very poor soundproofing of the rooms
3 Rooms with very poor curtains and drapes
4 No espresso machine in the rooms
5 Dated poor quality room furniture and fittings
6 very small closet in the room for clothes

I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt Regency. Loved the ambiance of this place and the staff members were friendly and welcoming.
The breakfast choices were very good and the staff members on duty were exceptionally kind and generous towards me. I cannot thank Superiyo, Vikrant , Pradeep and all the other staff members enough for their hard work and dedication to make my trip so memorable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Cons:

We chose to eat at the Lebanese restaurant and selected to have a selection of mezze. This was an offer, set price for 8 dishes. When we received the bill they had charged us for each separately, significantly more than the deal in the menu. We requested this to be corrected. We were told that we did not specifically request the deal and the manager was rude. Eventually he corrected our bill reluctantly. The deal was clearly on the menu and the rudeness received ruined the meal for us.
The hotel is not near any restaurants and next to a very busy road and as a result not very relaxing by the pool.
This is a good business hotel, but not good for leisure.

Stunning property, amazing location and incredible staff!

Cons:

The booking was pay at the hotel not pay via booking.com
For an international hotel I was charged a significant amount in international fees when paying at checkin. I suggest paying in advance if possible. You would think such a large hotel would not incur fees as such
