ちょっと残念
Cons:

2日宿泊したが、トイレの水が止まらなくなった。また8月の宿泊で、部屋に蚊が複数いるなど、トラブルがあった。トイレはフロントに電話してすぐ修理にきてくれた。蚊取り線香も貸してくれた。しかし、全体的に古さが目立つホテルで、特にトイレや風呂の水回りと、部屋の外も廊下の壁紙が薄汚れていたりと、ＨｙａｔｔＲｅｇｅｎｃｙらしくない印象だった。朝ごはん付きだったが、カレー以外にあまり食べれるものがなく、2日目の朝食はスキップした。

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency on 8th August, and I would like to share my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience.

From the moment of arrival, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. I would especially like to recognize the following team members for their excellent hospitality and dedication:

Front Office Team: Vakas, Khushi, Sanjhi, Sakshi, Purvi, Ishika, Rudra & Nirmalya

F&B Team: Lakshita, Roger & Somnath

Health Club Team: Rashid, Haroon, Naseem & Trilochan

Each of them contributed in their own way to making my stay comfortable and memorable. Their courteous attitude, prompt assistance, and genuine hospitality truly reflect the high standards of Hyatt Regency.

New Delhi Business trip
Pros:

This was not my first stay at Hyatt Regency Delhi, but it was once again a very pleasant experience. The warm hospitality, attentive service, comfortable rooms, and overall ambience made my stay last week truly enjoyable.

Мое пребывание в отеле на 9 дней было просто превосходным, удобное расположение отеля позволяло добраться в любую точку

Отличная инфраструктура отеля, высокий уровень обслуживания, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, чистота!!!

Место для курения можно было бы оборудовать сидениями!

Exceptional service
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. I was greeted by concierge Vinod and Kabir supported me with bags. I had good service from Suresh with the laundry including shoe shining that was done within 15 minutes. Thanks also to Swetha and Roger for supporting our UK meet up in the Polo lounge.
