Cons:

Had to pay one additional complete night for checkout at 11pm.
Smell in room so ugly.
Would not recommend. I had to talk with reservation team via reception telephone ln my own. It was so loud in the lobby, could not hear anything. Hairdryer was not working.

Bad old rooms. Smallest bathroom I have ever came across in a 5star property. The fittings are 40 years old, so dnt expect it to work properly, when you are inside the loo. The room phones doesnot work. Flooring is 40 plus years. Bad breakfast

Nice hotel, helpful concierge, bakery inside the hotel, spacious room

Cons:

Reception staff aggressively offering a more expensive room which we had to decline repeatedly. Unfriendly security staff at the entrance. Rooms already worn down.

Fácil y comoda
Pros:

El desayuno abundante y con la posibilidad de poder desayunar cada uno de nosotros según nuestros gustos.
El personal muy amable desde el principio, nos atendió Pallavy y fue encantadora e eficiente, también nos ayudaron con las maletas dos hombres muy entrañables Kabir y Arun, así que desparte de todos ellos tuvimos facilidades y sonrisas. Gracias!! Volveremos

When i Reached at the property for my Booking ..
They declined directly and said no room is available now for you .. it was a bad experience for me really..
I will not choose that property ever again .. Hotel staff was not helping me .. Saying we don't have room for you
