Большой, но уютный отель с несколькими ресторанами, вкусными завтраками, доброжелательным перосналом. Рядом с метро.
Некоторые номера требуют косметического ремонта. Очень шумные мероприятия на территории могут мешать отдыхать. СПА-зона и спорт-зал крошечные. Не совсем понятна математика окончательного расчёта при выезде (не совпадают с данными Booking.com). Чек-ин и чек-аут занимают слишком много времени для отеля такого уровня
Location was handy for airport and taxis into locations
The breakfast situation is an absolute disaster!! You ask for a coffee and they forget. It’s self service buffet- but staff do not like you serving yourself! If you ask for eggs and go get your rest of breakfast- it is cold by the time you get your eggs- if you wait for eggs then get your breakfast- the eggs are cold .. yet the staff do not like you waiting for your own eggs.
The self serve coffee/ drinks/ snacks at entry to breakfast never has milk for the coffee . The entire method of breakfast needs serious attention.

Continues improving
In terms of cleanliness and comfort, there can be no complaints – the level is very high. In 2009, I lived in this hotel for more than a month, and both then and now I liked almost everything. Almost... Because they took a deposit of 60,000 rupees (600€) from me in 30 seconds. But they're in no hurry to return the 100€ they owe me, even after 36 hours...
The staff at the breakfast cafe were amazing. One lady - sorry cant remember her name - but she checked me in to my table each morning - called me by my first name after the first day. Remembered I had a coffee first up and was very kind.
My stay was 17-22 January.
All other staff at the cafe were also very attentive.
I upgraded to the Executive Lounge package. this was a little expensive but the experience was wonderful when travelling in a larger group. we had somewhere to meet and received excellent attentive service - as mentioned we were a larger group - we were welcomed each evening with the staff remembering our drinks order :)
The room is very nice and high class, the service was fine at all levels. Breakfast wonderful with huge variety and very tasty. Service here was also excellent.
Comfortable rooms with a western style bathroom. Great variety of on-site restaurants available. Easy access from Delhi Airport. Good wifi signal and helpful staff. We could pay the hotel fee and the meals by card.
Even though breakfast opening times were great, service was slow and we ended up rushing to the airport. Swimming pool was not open.
The breakfast has so much variety of food in the Cafe. The staff was extremely nice and cordial.

The only improvement needed is in the design of the tight caps of the water bottles in the room. Due to our age it was difficult to open them. We needed help. Need to improve the design of the cap to reduce the effort.
One of their restaurants Syrah is a luxury restaurant but the construction quality, materials used and furniture was of very average quality, didn’t match the branding.
