My stay at Hyatt Delhi was unfortunately not a pleasant experience.
Pros:

Honestly, there was nothing much I liked about the stay. The mattress was very uncomfortable and my back has been hurting badly since last night. The services were also very slow. Overall, the experience did not match the reputation of Hyatt – it felt like it was only the name, not the service.

Cons:

Very disappointing stay at Hyatt Delhi. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, there were mosquitoes in the room, and the dinner service from the staff was poor. Not the level of comfort or hospitality expected from a hotel of this standard.Given the discomfort and poor service experienced during my stay, I would appreciate if the management could review this matter and consider an appropriate refund or compensation.”

Comfortable Business Stay with Excellent Service
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Delhi during my recent visit to New Delhi. The hotel offers a comfortable and professional environment that is well suited for business travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, providing a relaxing space after a busy schedule.
The staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay, and the service standards were consistent with what one expects from the Hyatt brand. The hotel’s location along Ring Road also makes it relatively convenient for accessing key areas of the city.
The dining options were varied and enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere of the property remains elegant and welcoming. While some areas of the property show signs of age, the cleanliness, service, and overall experience more than compensate.

Boa opção para escapar do caos de Nova Délhi
Pros:

Quarto limpo e confortável. Espaços amplos em todo o hotel. Área de spa, com banheiras e saunas muito boa. É um bom hotel para se desconectar do caos da Índia.

Cons:

Atendimento no restaurante principal (Café), os garçons eram extremamente lentos. Preços altíssimos para bebidas alcoólicas e comidas em geral. Para os preços do restaurante e por ser um hotel 5 estrelas, esperava muito mais do atendimento.

Pros:

Great experience close to the centre in New Delhi. Good food, hospitable staff.
Side remarks: getting a breakfast table and lift to come down may take longer then expected

Worst experience so far
Pros:

It was bad and the staff response was awful, even after repeated request. There wasn't any improvement in services of housekeeping. All request made were fullfilled in 45 mins to an hour and sometime even later than an hour when they delivered requested item in wrong room. Toilet flush didn't work, which made the morning even more awful
