It was a good experience. I always stay at Hyatt every time I come to New Delhi which is 2-3 times/
Pros:

Breakfast was very good at the lounge and breakfast downstairs. Also the evening snack at the lounge was very good. The staff at the lounge was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Didn't like the food at China Kitchen. I had had it few years ago and liked it then but somehow didnt' care for it this time. The staff was good.

Nice communal areas, but check-in and check-out extremely disappointing. Room basic for the cost.

Check-in on arrival was the longest I have ever experienced anywhere in the world.
As soon as you check out, in my case around 7am, your internet is disabled, even though check-out, officially, is 12pm.
After you have checked out, in my case, 7am, then go for a breakfast you have paid for, you get questioned by staff, as if you are attempting to get a free breakfast. This was deeply disrespectful and ruined my experience.

Great option in Delhi
Pros:

Great hotel, the staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. Although it’s a bit far from old Delhi, there is a subway station in front of the property, from where you can go to most of the city.

the staff in reception who don't care about customers and make sure to charge you for every thing that docent make sense even and then leave you alone didn't had any empathy or care as they look like railway station have many customers coming so they dont care about customers problems or accommodating their requests or treating them as human beings untrained people come around you to make thing worst for your start of stay
