Reception closes at 21:00 Monday - Friday, 19:00 on Saturday and 17:00 on Sunday. If you expect to arrive outside these times, you will have to contact the hotel in advance.

Thoroughly enjoyed it.
Cons:

The room was too light at night. The emergency green light on the ceiling was too bright and the curtains were did not stop the outside carpark lights coming in.

Fantastic stay grape place views were exceptional along the river highly recommended.
Pros:

When I first arrived The staff were very friendly on arrival and went above and beyond so we could get into our room early looking at the room as we first opened the door was exceptional very bright clean looked wonderful. All the facilities were very clean tidy and modern definitely highly recommended and would stay again.

Couldn’t have a shower and no discount on another stay or re-fund was offered
Pros:

I booked last minute so I ended up with a family room when I was on my urn but that’s becsuse it was fully and had no other option - so if stated with others would of been cyst affective

Cons:

The shower facilities did not work so couldn’t clean very frustrated admit the noise when running the sink and flushing the chain was atrocious

Lovely clean tidy and comfortable room
Pros:

Loved the clean comfortable room .Checking in and out was quick . Loved the Boathouse for breakfast. Lovely stay ,would definitely go again.

Cons:

The green light in the ceiling was too bright and made getting to sleep difficult.
