Friendly staff, clean and conrtable stay with very good facilities on its doorstep, and a beautiful location for walks.
Pros:

Everything was perfect but unfortunately the shop and restaurant were temporarily closed for maintenance. I was recommended the White Hart in the village for dinner which was near and really good quality. I was very grateful for an extended check-out time so I could attend a work meeting online.

Pros:

Very quiet, attractive location and comfy bed.

Cons:

You can't get breakfast included in your stay.

There is a green light on in the room at all times that will interfere with sleep.

Lovely area, welcoming Motel
Pros:

2 x large very comfy beds and very clean. Always welcoming to have a kettle, tea, coffee and biscuits after a journey. Lovely area. Staff were friendly and helpful. We explored some of the other villages close by enjoying lovely canal walks and the local pub. Very short walk to local railway station.

Cons:

I have marked this down as the description says hotel but it should be described as motel so we were unaware it was going to be a walk to the bar/cafe which had it been raining or if anyone had mobility issues would not have been ideal. The pictures of the bar/cafe are a little more luxurious than it really is although it does provide enough for food and drink.
