Easy to book, staff are very friendly and the room was very comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights as I was working locally. I will be returning to this hotel as much a I can.
The staff and people make this place so lovely and the food from Kai is amazing. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy and welcome. We look forward to coming back with our boat and visit again
There wasn't anything we didn't like. The rooms are basic but you have everything you need if you're on the ground floor and have a terrace
Staff were very friendly.
Cleanliness very poor, overall aesthetic very poor. Some buildings looked extremely tired. Our accommodation was left with a full ashtray blowing in the wind.

The time I get there, there was no person to give me the room. the key provided by security . I went to the room and the room smell like a hell. then I had to go and find the security to change my room. he give me the other room it was dirty and full of her and the bathroom and shower dirty and the half shame is over there , the water was not drain!! I had the most awful experience I had...

Curtain could be a bit thicker or add a blind to block sunlight (room 11)
