Reception closes at 21:00 Monday - Friday, 19:00 on Saturday and 17:00 on Sunday. If you expect to arrive outside these times, you will have to contact the hotel in advance.

It was nice and clean and cozy the only problem the shower was blocked and a horrible smell came up did report it apart from that all good

klimat pokoju - retro meble, zasłonka, to że bezpośrednio z pokoju można wyjść na zewnątrz, omijając korytarze i recepcję, a na zewnątrz był stolik i 2 krzesła. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysta pościel i ręczniki. Super knajpka w budynku hotelu z przepysznym jedzeniem /10 na 10/i smacznym piwem. Fantastyczna obsługa i rodzinna atmosfera. No i samo położenie hotelu. Piękna przyroda nad wodą, dużo ptaków, barki... Naprawdę sielankowo. Miasteczko dobrze skomunikowane. Do hotelu z centrum Londynu dojechaliśmy wygodnym pociągiem, a ze stacji zrobiliśmy sobie kilkuminutowy spacer. Super miejsce :)
początkowy zapach w pokoju, ale uchyliliśmy na noc drzwi na zewnątrz i było już ok. Trochę brudna i mocno zużyta wykładzina. Czystość w łazience też pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Tradycyjne angielskie 2 krany też nie są najlepszym rozwiązaniem. Trzaskajace drzwi z innych pokojów. Po założeniu zatyczek do uszu problem zniknął ;) Przeszkadzało mi też bardzo intensywne zielone światło nad drzwiami, oznaczające wyjście ewakuacyjne - w całym pokoju było bardzo jasno i rozdrabniacz w toalecie, który był bardzo głośny... ale klimat pokoju, wspaniała obsługa, pyszne jedzenie i położenie hotelu rekompensują wszystkie niedociągnięcia. Przyjechałabym tam jeszcze raz :)

This was the 3rd time we had stayed here.
Unfortunately Room 24 had no heating as the controls had not been set and were only wi-fi enabled. Fortunately the Receptionist managed to provide a small portable heater for the bedroom but the en suite was cold.
Also the toilet was operated by a macerator so there was a smell/aroma in the Air all the time during the 2 night stay.
Lack of visible wall plug sockets.
Disappointed following the 2 previous visits.

Too noisy in the bar - loud music and a group of drunken, shrieking people went to get some food but couldn’t face it.
