Breakfast NOT included for children even if you pay for it

Was clean enough

Cons:

I had booked for my son (12) and I to stay. All booking.com information said breakfast included. At the hotel I was told that breakfast was included for adults not children and I would have to pay for my son’s breakfast. This made no sense whatsoever as I booked with breakfast included and just because he is 12 he doesn’t get breakfast?! They would not budge and told me to go on booking.com to change the booking to two adults! Then they would give me the two breakfast vouchers. I did not have time to do this and paid for breakfast two mornings. Very poor customer service and communication with booking.com

We enjoyed everything😊
Pros:

Mercure Rouse Hill was well central for our trip and we enjoyed it very much. It’s three minutes away from the Rouse Hill town centre and the bus station and the metro are right outside RH town centre. The staff are friendly & helpful and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Comfortable, clean, modern and all round a beautiful place to stay.
Pros:

We have stayed here before and is our go too because it’s clean and comfortable and great location for what we need. You wouldn’t even know there was a venue next door as it’s so quiet from inside the rooms.

Pros:

Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! Room and bathroom was immaculate.
LOVED the attached Fiddler's Irish Pub - So quirky and welcoming! Staff at both Mecure and pub were excellent. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again 😊

Pros:

location is good. Easy for work functions etc

Cons:

paying $28 for breakfast and you can't have juice and a cup of tea. I expect a full breakfast in these hotels not a continental breakfast.
