Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An

I had a wonderful stay at Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An and couldn’t recommend it more highly. The hotel offers luxury accommodation with beautiful, thoughtfully curated décor that immediately makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.

The customer service was exceptional-genuinely warm, helpful, and attentive. What stood out most was how the staff would check in with me about my day, which felt especially meaningful as a solo traveller. Those small, thoughtful interactions really made the stay feel personal and welcoming.

The shuttle bus to the Old Town was fantastic, particularly on days when my legs were tired — even though it’s only about a 1km walk. It was such a convenient and appreciated service.

I also loved the option to cycle to An Bang Beach. The ride itself was absolutely spectacular, but it was great to know there was also a shuttle available if you didn’t feel like riding. An added bonus was the hotel’s partnership with a beachside restaurant, which meant complimentary use of beach chairs and bike parking, making beach days effortless and stress-free.

Anio Boutique Hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and thoughtful service. It was a truly special place to stay and made my time in Hoi An even more memorable.

Hands down, best service and hospitality I have ever received from any hotel! Staff went way above and beyond, from the small recommendations to dinner reservation they accommodated for us to ordering and picking up contacts an hour away for me. Truly great experience and would stay here again!!

The reception desk is very kind and helpful. Mr Ken and Mrs Hieu helped us to book a motorbike and airport transfers. The stay was comfortable and breakfast spread was great…! Thank you :)

Upon arriving at the hotel in the evening, the staff were very welcoming and helped us with our luggage to our room. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and there was a free shuttle bus to the city and beach. We also had free access to the gym and swimming pool. In the morning, we rented bicycles for free and explored the surrounding town – it was very pleasant. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The vibe of the hotel was fabulous. Staff was really friendly and helpfull. The services were perfect. Me and my family can just recommend this hotel. The best beds in Vietnam, we all slept well.

Beautiful hotel within a KM walk of town. Rooms were clean and well furnished, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Large Buffett breakfast with fresh soup daily!

I want to start with a *HUGE* shoutout to Ken for making us immediately feel welcomed to Vietnam. We checked in around 11 PM and were exhausted, but his bright smile and friendliness made us so comfortable. Each time we saw him we talked with him for a while because he was so kind & fun to chat with. He genuinely made our experience in Vietnam way better!

Now that I’m done fangirling over my husband & my new bestie, Ken, I want to say that Anio Boutique Hotel was truly the best choice for our stay in Hoi An. They decorated our bed for our anniversary, which was so sweet! The rooms were clean, the bed was comfy, and the service was great. Breakfast is included, they have a free shuttle to & from the Old Town at different times of the day. Even if you don’t take the shuttle though, you’ll only have to pay about 32,000 VND ($1.22) for a Grab to the Old Town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat, and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Very comfortable stay just outside of the old town. About a 15-20 minute walk. Free shuttle service was also available and very easy to book through the friendly staff daily. Pool and gym services were lovely.

Lovely hotel and staff. Very clean and comfortable and buffet was very delicious. Bed was comfortable, water pressure in shower sometimes a bit poor but overall a great hotel.

Wounderful stay and convenient with shuttle busses to the beach and downtown, beds are comfy and rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast selection is modest and you have option to try Vietnamese for breakfast

Epic stay! Very clean hotel with great amenities. Breakfast was a particular highlight, with heaps of choice. Unfortunately we were unable to use the pool due to the rain but it was awesome.
