The location is amazing with only a few minutes from major landmarks like the Cathedral and Real Alcazar. The outdoor area itself is very nice and large.
The aircondition is in top notch shape and could be easily controlled which was great in such a hot city!
Having both a freezer and a fridge central in the city was a lifesaver!
Since the location is so central there is a lot of nightlife around it and the building allows every sound to pass through. People yelling and otherwise talking outside kept waking us in the middle of the night on weekends.
The outdoor area is nice and large, however the outdoor furniture is really lacking, and not the same as on the pictures!
The cleaning staff forgot their key in the lock and therefore anyone could take it or access the outdoor area if they wanted, while we were out.
The shower could not hold temperature and is only warm for a few seconds before getting cold
Lovely apartment in a great location. Perfect for visiting Cathedral,Alcazar and many other places. Very comfortable beds, the whole place was spotless. We were on 2nd floor but there is a lift. Would definitely stay there again.
Seville is a very special city.
Air conditioning in one bedroom only but we managed.

Building access was great and the storage of the keys with your own lockbox is a fantastic idea, meaning you can arrive and leave at your own convenience.
A great apartment in the heart of Sevilla. The apartment had everything we needed and the balcony was great for morning coffee and evening drinks.
Our only upset was the level of noise we experienced in the early hours , sometimes twice due to the bins outside the payment being emptied. The sound of bottles and vehicles disturbed us every night. Whilst out of the hands of the apartment owners it would’ve definitely been nice to know to expect this.

The bathroom flooded with each shower as the drain may have been slightly blocked.

However, there were some aspects we didn’t like. There was no Wi-Fi, and communication with the owner was minimal and basic until we arrived at the apartment. When we asked about the Wi-Fi, the owner did not respond. The apartment is nicely decorated, but don’t expect any cleaning or fresh towels during your stay. The kitchen is not fully equipped for preparing breakfast or meals—perhaps the owner prefers guests not to cook, even something as simple as eggs.
For the price we paid, we expected a better-equipped apartment.
All in all, we still had a great time—thanks to Seville itself, which made the trip worthwhile.
Right near the centre of old town, so in walking distance of real alcazar, cathedral, Triana bridge and Setas.. beautifully decorated with original features. Very comfortable beds.
As it’s so close to the city centre, it can be quite noisy at night but nothing a pair of ear plugs doesn’t muffle. We were on the ground floor and we found the doors a little difficult to open at first, just took a little getting used to..

Exceptionally well appointed, spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms were a bonus and it's walking distance to all of Seville's main attractions, restaurants, supermarkets,etc.

We were looking for two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with limited options this location was the best we could find.
Located next to the theater and park.
Location was pretty perfect and close to everything. It’s a gorgeous apartment, very clean, the terrace was a nice surprise.
Nothing it was great
Appartment clean, great location. Beds comfortable but no AC in second bedroom, just a fan.
Terrasse and chairs, old and broken. No shade.
Spacious, clean, well-designed and furnished. Ideal location next to Toros de Oro y Plata and river. Host Sebastian is very helpful and kind.
