Hotel Dell'Urbe

Melhor ponto é a localização do hotel. Ao lado da estação de trem Roma Termini, o que facilita muito o acesso a trens, metrô e ao Expresso Leonardo (acesso direto ao aeroporto). Eu e meu esposo pagamos 4 diárias e foi super tranquilo nossa mobilidade. O quarto bem pequeno, porém para um casal e só para dormir foi ok. A cama é confortável. Possui wi-fi e ar condicionado. O custo benefício foi outro ponto decisivo para optarmos por essa acomodação.

La posizione molto comoda perchè a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Termini. La stanza molto spaziosa e silenziosa.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Dell’URBE, and what really made the experience special was the exceptional hospitality and personal attention from Davide, the General Manager.

From the beginning, Davide was very communicative and helpful. When we were delayed for check-in, he contacted us to make sure he knew exactly when we would arrive. As soon as we told him we were five minutes away, he was already there waiting for us. He personally opened the door, helped my sister and me with our heavy luggage, took everything up to the fifth floor and brought the luggage directly to our room.

The room itself was very clean, comfortable and nicely maintained. The location is also excellent, as the hotel is very close to Roma Termini, which makes it very convenient for anyone traveling around Rome or arriving/departing by train.

We particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee corner available throughout the day, as well as the microwave, which were both very convenient during our stay.

Davide was also exceptionally helpful with small requests. At one point, I needed a screwdriver and asked him where I could find one. He told me that he had some available, and in less than five minutes he was at our room door with several different types for me to choose from. This was a small thing, but it really showed how attentive and willing to help he is.

On our last day, we checked out at 10:00 AM, but we still had some food that could spoil because of the heat. Davide kindly allowed us to keep it in his refrigerator. He also let us leave our luggage safely at the reception free of charge until it was time for us to leave. We were able to reorganize our luggage there without any problem, and he was completely understanding. Before we left, he even told us that if we needed to use a bathroom, we could use the facilities at his nearby bar.



Overall, we had a very comfortable stay and, above all, felt genuinely welcomed and looked after.

Housekeeping was great, location was perfect as public transport from there was very well connected
