Back to the ottoman period
Pros:

Excellent emplacement. Situé dans le centre de mengalem. Près de la Citadelle. La dame de l'accueil sert les confitures et marmelade qu'elle fabrique elle-même ainsi que les fruits bio cultivés dans le coin.

Cons:

Escaliers escarpés. Compliqué pour les personnes à mobilité réduite

Very well located hotel !
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfy . The hotel was very well located and close to the main attractions in a walking distance . The breakfast was tasty and the owner quite helpful.

Two nights in Berat center with great service
Pros:

The location is perfect: in the middle of Berat center, and close to the castle.
The service was great: our hostess made sure we could park our car next to the hotel and made us very nice breakfast at the time we liked.

Cons:

The room was very clean with a good bed, just a bit small (but as advertised).

Nice traditional hotel in Berat Centre.
Pros:

Nice traditional hotel in central Berat, close to all amenities and the river, also on the way up to the castle. Staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast is a very small traditional Albanian breakfast. The parking is very limited in Berat but the owner kindly helped us to get a space near the front of the hotel despite being a last minute booking.

Cons:

Having to organise a breakfast slot while on holiday.

We won’t come back again
Pros:

1. The room was clean. The towels and sheets were fresh.
2. Hot water in the shower. Everything works good.
3. We were checked in very fast.
4. Apple with cinnamon and honey on the breakfast were gorgeous.

Cons:

1. We were met by unfriendly woman who was interested most in when we can pay.
2. The breakfast was cold in a room with uncomfortable temperature. We took it as fast as possible just not to be hungry.
3. «free parking» wasn’t free. The parking near the hotel was busy probably not with the guest’s cars and it’s only for 2-3 cars. We had to park near for the price of 200 lek.
4. There are nails in the stair. Be careful if you are with the baby.
5. The aircond flows directly to the bed. Not comfortable to sleep.
