Пропали деньги из чемодана во время отдыха в отеле.
Cons:

Весь отдых перечеркнуло ужасное событие, у нас накануне отъезда из отеля вытащили из чемодана деньги.
За спиной больше 20 посещенных стран, отели, хостелы, и никогда я не сталкивалась с воровством.
Также ресепшн вели себя крайне неприятно, с насмешкой, что полиция вам ничем не поможет, пишите, где хотите, жалуйтесь, где хотите, отказывались принимать письменную жалобу.
Неужели не понимают, что людям совершенно нет смысла придумывать такие вещи и устраивать себе стресс и несколько часов стоять и доказывать им что-то в надежде хоть на какую-то помощь.
Поэтому, если б можно было поставить оценку 0, поставила бы 0. Никаких плюсов после ужаснейшего отношения к своим гостям, я не вижу в отеле. Оставила жалобу отелю и буду отправлять в Департамент по туризму.

A quieter stay in Nha Trang, with buffet breakfast and friendly staff.
Pros:

Rooms were a decent size. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Booking time slots on the beach needs to be done a couple days before to get a good time. Hot buffet breakfast but limited good options for food. Had a gym but equipment is very dated as well. Quiet location because it is a little removed from the busy main strip but we liked that.

Cons:

Building is definitely run down. Hallways especially. While buffet breakfast was decent not as many good options as some other places we had stayed. Limited sun beds on the beach for how many people they have staying at the hotel. Gym was a part of the cafe on the top floor which was a little uncomfortable.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Hauptsächlich sind hier russische Gäste. Wir müssen ganz ehrlich sagen ,dass es für uns sehr angenehm war.. Alle sehr zivilisiert..
Im Frühstücksraum war es auch nie voll.
Um das Hotel herum gibt es viele russisch ausgerichtete Restaurants. So konnten wir diese Küche schätzen
Die hoteleigenen Liegen kann man stundenweise nutzen. Ansonsten leiht sie man sich für wenig Geld.
Wir empfehlen das Hotel unbedingt weiter!

Недавно останавливались в этом отеле и остались в полном восторге! С первых минут почувствовали искреннее гостеприимство и заботу о гостях. Номера чистые, уютные, прекрасно оборудованы — всё продумано до мелочей для комфортного отдыха. Завтраки разнообразные и вкусные, а атмосфера в отеле очень тёплая и спокойная.

Особенно хочется отметить сотрудницу ресепшен — Ngoc Huyen. Это невероятно отзывчивая, позитивная и доброжелательная девушка, которая всегда готова помочь с любым вопросом. Она оперативно решала все наши просьбы, давала полезные рекомендации и делала всё возможное, чтобы наше пребывание было максимально комфортным. Огромная благодарность ей за профессионализм, внимание и искреннюю заботу!

Благодаря таким сотрудникам хочется возвращаться снова и снова. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ценит высокий уровень сервиса и душевное отношение к гостям!

Очень приветливый персонал! Можно не бояться за оставленные вещи в номере. Вы самые лучшие!!!

Cons:

Розетки в кроватях очень неудобно. И нужны розетки под евровилку, у вас чуть пошевели и зарядки нет.

Pros:

The staff are incredibly helpful & kind at the hotel, they really go above & beyond. They do room cleaning until 4pm (which in my experience is very late) and they even let me check out at 5pm, for free, because I had a nighttime flight which made my day so much better. Also the sea view from the view was gorgeous, especially the sunset/sunrise.

Cons:

The gym & pool are not as good as I expected.
