Pros:

ハンガー、セキュリティーボックス、歯ブラシ、プール、ジムが無い事と、廊下の音が丸聞こえ。奥まった場所に有るので静かです。安い事を重視する人には良いホテルだと思います。テレビは地元タイの番組のみです。

Suitable for a short stay if you are okay with the noise level
Pros:

The hotel is fine if you are not staying too long. The bed is comfortable and bathroom is okay. There is a 7-11 close by to the property and other small market stalls which you could walk to. It was also more affordable than some other hotels in the area.

Cons:

There was no sound-proofing in the building, so I could constantly hear doors banging, people walking along the corridors and also conversations of the people in the adjacent rooms. On one day, I heard a girl having a conversation on the phone very loud at 5am. Also, I could hear every time someone used the elevator- I could hear it move and the sounds were very loud. Therefore it is not suitable if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep.

It is not located near any public transport stations so you have to get a taxi to and back if you want to go anywhere.

Also, unlike other hotels, cleaning of the room is only available if you notify them within a time period early in the morning.

Pros:

The rooms were nice and comfortable for the amount of money

Cons:

Very far away from MRT, the only way to get to the hotel from the nearest station is by taxi.
The guests were very loud at 5 a.m. but I understand it’s not the hotels fault.

Room so nice. Location is good
Pros:

Hotel is modern style. I stayed at top floor, city view is so good. Best choice as the room is not expensive. 7-11 is near the hotel so it is so convenience. The location is good. Can reach Ratchadaphisek road only 3 minutes by car.

ตู้เยนที่เลือกใช้ในห้องพักไม่เหมาะสมเรื่องระดับชั้นข้างบานตู้กับขนาดขวดน้ำของโรงแรมที่มันฟิตกันพอดี เมื่อหยิบขวดออกมาขวดจะงัดกับชันวางของจนหลุดหัก และโดนเรียกเก็บค่าเสียหายเมื่อเชคเอ้าท์ แอร์ไม่เยนเสียงดังและมีกลิ่นฝุ่นเยอะมาก คาดว่าไม่เคยล้างFillter ตั้งแต่ก่อสร้างเสร็จ ฝุ่นจับเปนชั้น พื้นที่ติดตั้งโถชักโครกก็แคบมาก เมื่อหยิบคว้าสายฉีดชำระจะเบียดกระแทกกับกระจกกั้นที่อาบน้ำ มีโอกาศที่กระจกจะแตกเสียหายจากการใช้งานจนอาจถูกปรับค่าเสียหายอีก

Nice and Clean hotel
Pros:

This is my first time to stay here. Very nice and clean. Staffs are so kind and friendly.There are 7-11 and restaurant (Khao-tom Namchai) nearby so very convenience. Can access from MRT Suiithisarn Station (15 mins walk or 5 mins for taxi or motorbike.)
