Hmmmm.The room already book by someone.I purchase the room already book by someone my money just gone like that only.The another room they suggest is so disappointed with hole at the ceiling not convenient to stay.This make me so so sad and tired.No room to stay with payment cannot refund back.

We were told upon enquiry at 10 am by the receptionists there were no room available for us and told us to raise a complaint. He further advised if only we prepaid our confirmed booking would been really confirmed. So we were lucky to be able to secure rooms elsewhere despite high demand for rooms in Sibu at the time due to 2 major events happening in town
