Great and friendly staff. Overall great!
Pros:

Easy for local transport to different locations

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit bland. The room was mostly clean, but I found a fake eyelash beside the bed and there was also a large bug by the bed upon arrival

C’était un des meilleurs établissements où nous sommes restés lors de notre séjour au Japon. Très central, la literie est confortable et le personnel est adorable.

Cons:

La chambre est assez petite ce qui laisse peu de place pour ranger les valises et les affaires. Le sèche-linge ne sèche absolument pas les vêtements nous avons du étendre toute notre laundry un peu partout où nous pouvions dans la chambre

人生第一次體驗泡湯，非常不錯，但還是會不習慣在這種環境洗澡
Pros:

地點很棒，旁邊就是五條跟清水五條站，去清水寺很方便，伏見稻荷也可以直接再過去。晚上能一路往上走去四條那附近逛街

Personelin karşılaması, odaların temizliği, birçok yere yürüyerek ulaşım kolaylığı özellikle ulaşım istasyonlarına , alışveriş merkezlerine. Tekrarı olursa gezimizin yine tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

söylenen saatlerde ki çay kahve servisi yeterli değildi .

Pros:

Shower/bath facilities are perfect and the room is quite comfortable in comparison with other hotels.

Cons:

If you planning to open the window for ventilation think again as restaurants around the area produce frying smells

Ikke noget. Dårlig kommunikation, manglende refundering og små værelser

Størrelsen på værelserne er ikke tilsvarende det man ser på billederne. Der er på INGEN måde plads til hverken 1 eller 2 check in kufferter. Vi bad om refundering, fordi vi ikke kunne være på værelset, hvor vi aftalte, at de ville kontakte booking.com, så vi kunne få pengene tilbage. Vi har nu selv kontaktet booking.com, som har taget fat i hotellet, men de har ikke svaret. Meget utilfreds og vi mangler forsat vores penge.

Hotel maravilloso
Pros:

Repetiría este hotel sin duda. La cama y almohada comodisima, presión de agua perfecta y el servicio maravilloso. Te dan pijama y tiene onsen muy relajante y caliente.

Cons:

Lo único que diría que no me gustó aunque es lo de menos es que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas, éramos tres, con las maletas grandes y pequeñas y estábamos muy justas de espacio

My stay was quite comfortable. Worth for money.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Nice to have free drink time such as coffee, tea, soft drinks. A public bath, washing machines, dryers, a micro wave, ice cube machine, water server are nice to be provided. Just a room is small. I was good as a solo traveller but there was not enough spacer for suitcases if for 2 people.

Pros:

Great location, comfortable and clean, and having an onsen is always a plus. Every night from 5-9 PM the lounge would be open with free drinks (or alcoholic beverages for a fee), and that was always nice to chill at after a day of sightseeing, along with the onsen, which was rarely occupied. The breakfast, while a bit pricier than other hotels, was tasty; they had a soba bar and some nice curry too. The staff were helpful, friendly, and responsive. The hotel also provided some really comfortable loungewear that you could pick up in the lobby; probably the best out of the hotels we went to in our honeymoon.

Cons:

We booked a king bed room, and while the bed was really nice and comfortable, it essentially took up all the space in the room. There was barely any space to open up our luggage (though thankfully there were spaces beneath the bed to store them). Besides that, there are only a few nitpicks. The breakfast was a bit on the pricey side compared to other hotels too. The onsen was never really that hot too.
