Great hotel based on the Montevideo cost and a great location out of town. We love the boutique feel as it only had around 40 rooms and the breakfast/restaurant area was great with plenty of choice. Great hotel and will stay there again when back in Montevideo

A localização é excelente e o quarto bom, mas poderia ter um pouco mais de intensidade na luz. A equipe é bastante simpática, mas no café da manhã erra no pedido.
Durante o café da manhã toca música muito alta e mesmo que uma hóspede tenha solicitado baixar o volume, a música continuou alta. O buffet é bem diversificado, mas no tocante aos pães e à qualidade dos frios, deixaram muito a desejar. A cama também mereceria um pouco mais de charme e não apenas lençóis e travesseiros brancos, sobretudo porque faz frio.
Though I am a Hilton Diamond member, this was my first stay at a Curio-brand hotel.
It's a small hotel, about 40+ rooms I believe, in a central location in a residential area of Montevideo. You will find restaurants, groceries, even a major shopping mall, within walking distance.
My room was spacious for two people, and very functional, with great Wifi.
The hotel amenities were a small gym at the top floor (which was always empty when I visited) that also has a small rooftop terrace with a hot tub, a restaurant, and a small lobby (too small for a meeting, so more of a waiting area).
The front desk staff were all very nice and eager to help. I contacted them ahead of my stay and they arranged for me an airport pick-up and two day trips (one to Colonia, which was nice, and one to Punta del Este, which I found uninteresting).
Diamond benefits were a courtesy room upgrade, two water bottles per day, and a free breakfast. The breakfast was surprising for such a small hotel - an impressive buffet of European cuisine, including hot entrees. The only thing missing was some fresh vegetables.
I also received an invitation for wine tasting at the restaurant of Uruguayan wines. That was a nice extra.
The only thing to be aware of is the shortage of street parking in the neighborhood. I had colleagues come meet me at the hotel, who mentioned that.
Bottom line: an excellent choice for someone who wants the comfort of a large hotel, without the crowds.
O apartamento espaçoso e confortável. Localização boa. Relação custo benefício muito boa.
A TV não era smart, portanto não se tinha acesso a netflix, you tube ou outros streamings.
A garagem do hotel é muito pequena, estando lotada, a única possibilidade era colocar em uma garagem distante do hotel cerca de 3 quadras, ou disputar por uma vagas nas proximidades, o que era bem difícil.
Capacidade do salão de café da manhã muito pequena, com o hotel lotado e não chegando cedo, não havia lugar.
Nossa experiência foi excelente do início ao fim. O atendimento é impecável — toda a equipe extremamente gentil, atenciosa e sempre pronta para ajudar com rapidez e cordialidade.
O quarto é muito confortável, com roupas de cama e banho de ótima qualidade, tudo muito bem cuidado. O chuveiro merece um destaque especial: simplesmente um dos melhores que já experimentei.
Foi uma experiência realmente acima da média.
Recomendo sem hesitar e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar.
