Cons:

I tried to cancel with the insurance i bought specifically for cancelation. I tell everyone i know not to use your service because you denied my claim. I am a teacher & most teachers travel & i let them all know what happened.

You already have quite a few bad reviews & now you have 1 more.

We loved the breakfast and our kiddo loved the pool!
Pros:

A typical Tru - clean, free parking, breakfast provided.

Cons:

One of the lamps had burned out bulb. At breakfast, the pancake machine was out of order. Not the easiest location to reach from the downtown area. They had ground chicken "sausage" patties for breakfast - not very good. Averaged over $200 per night total - kind of expensive for the location in Duluth.

Except for the bathroom light being on a timer, everything else was great.

Clean, convenient and highly overpriced in high season.
Pros:

This is a convenient location off a main street and close to the main highway. It is clean, friendly staff, had a decent breakfast, yet the room is highly overpriced due to the high season in Duluth.

Cons:

Extremely high price for a small dorm like (very clean) room. No frills and did the job, but should have been half the price and probably is in off season.

It was a ideal location around many stores and restaurants. Very nice property, extremely clean and great amenities. I would definitely stay again. Their breakfast was great as well.

Pros:

Enjoyed the breakfast. Appreciated the pool table and board games available in lobby area. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Disappointed there was no hot tub. Beds have wooden framing around the mattresses that jut out a bit, and several of us unfortunately bumped into the frames.

Fulfilled our needs for the stay.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Enjoyed the pancakes and yogurt dispenser. Kids enjoyed the games and pool table in the lobby area. Liked that it was just shelves and not a dresser to set stuff on in the hotel room.

Cons:

Bed comfort was okay, pillows were too soft and went flat. Would have liked to sleep berries or granola to add to the yogurt.
