Lovely apartments, in a good location for the price. You’re about 10 mins on the metro to the main stations.
Pros:

It was a nice apartment and was clean and tidy.

Cons:

We had a few issues on check in such as not being able to find the spare duvet for the sofa bed and one of the apartments smelling of cigarette smoke when it was meant to be non smoking. The central team on the end of WhatsApp were good at replying, however it seemed the local teams weren’t very cooperative with coming to help solve the issues.

NO tengo ni una buena experiencia en este alojamiento sinceramente fatal todo 😑😑😑

Pues fatal todo ,lleguemos ahi a las 1:00 pm y lloviendo no nos habían indicado que las llaves teníamos que cogerlas de otra ubicación, tuvimos que volver a coger un taxi para recoger las llaves vamos ninguna indicación ni nada tardaban en contestar fatal fatal ,vamos el peor apartamento que he cogido ,hemos pagado para 4 personas y solo habia toallas para dos y sabanas solo en la cama en el sofá cama nada ,una vergüenza la verdad que nos hemos llevado una decepción total. Se hicieron un lío ellos solos y nos lío a nosotras mucho . Personal mal mal mal .

Удобная кухня, оборудованная всем необходимым. Достаточно спальных мест. Расположение рядом с метро, недалеко детская площадка, Лидл. Приятно было находиться.

Cons:

Сложности при заселении. Заранее не знали, что ключ от входа в дом нужно забирать по другому адресу. На будущее хочется получать чёткие инструкции заранее.

Месторасположение
Довольно чисто
Укомплектовано постельным принадлежности

Cons:

Квест с получением ключа к общей двери,нужно идти или ехать в соседний квартал для получения ключа к общей двери.
Один ключ к общей двери (при проживании 4 человек этого недостаточно).
Отсутствие сменных пакетов для бытового мусора.
Доступ в апартамент (смарт замок) через интернет приложение, очень плохо и неудобно,когда занятые руки и темно,медленно срабатывает приложение для открытия.

For me, was a NO.
Pros:

The apartment was ok. The tubes of the bathroom upstair of the flat were very noise, the air conditioner old and not very powerful . The fix position of the tv was uncomfortable. The neighborhood awful. When I tried to collect the key of the building I couldn't open the Padlock :( it wasn't no one to contact after 18.00 hs. Later in the flat I realized I couldn't shut properly the door as the slash lock was defective. I didn't feel safe. We went to other accommodation :( Very disappointed.

Location not good. Rough area.
No one to contact after 18.00hs.
The place to collect the key was scary and awful. The padlock who didn't work.

je devais me déplacer à un autre bâtiment pendant environ 10 min aller et 10min retour pour récupérer les clés
aussi je devais appeler avec mes propre moyen le services pour me guider sur la procédure qui n était pas claire
la clim émet un bruit très fort, avec le froid on devait l'utiliser pour chauffer le studio, ca dérange pour dormir

very kind, helpful and responsive host! even let us have a late check out. apartment was very well equipped and functional.

Inició caótico con posterior estancia agradable

Que era practico y tenia el menaje necesario en su conjunto para poder tener una estancia agradable y funcional.

Cons:

La poca coordinación entre los empleados, ya que para acceder al apartamento turístico teníamos que ir primero a otra dirección a por la llave de acceso al edificio donde se encontraba el piso turístico pero que al acceder a el, nuestra sorpresa es que en el cajetín no se encontraba la llave y este estaba vacío. Ello nos generó preocupación y desconfianza se estuvo llamando por teléfono varias veces preocupados al ir cargados con maletas y dos niñas pequeñas y no sabíamos cómo proceder ya que nadie atendía nuestras llamadas. Nos dirigimos a la dirección del apartamento y un vecino del bloque nos abrió el portal, una vez dentro del edificio allí nos encontramos a personal de limpieza que nos reconocido que no sabía que veníamos , ella se ofreció a colaborar y nos dejó la llave que necesitábamos. Posteriormente pudimos contactar vía telefónica y desde ese instante ya pudimos contactar en todo momento con el alojamiento, pero pasamos un rato incómodo, al encontrarnos en una ubicación que no conocíamos y sin saber que poder hacer. Se disculparon por la descoordinación y todo quedó en un susto…

Apartman je nudio sve sto nam je trebalo za ugidan boravak...sluzba koja je dostupna 24 sata.imala sam problem s sifrom vrata ali gospodicna mi je pomogla cak mi slala poruke na Hrvatskom jeziku tako da je olaksala sporazumljevanje!! Sve pohvale,da opet idem tamo rezervirala bi taj apartman!!

Malo nam je samo bilo hladno tako da koja deka viska ne bi bila na odmet ali sve u sve ok
