Pros:

Très jolie hôtel très calme à côté une belle parc c'est juste bien pour passer de belles journées reposer.

Il y avait rien que je pars apprécie, même avec ma petite chien ça a été très facile.

es wurden Positionen in Rechnung gestellt, die den Angaben bei booking.com nicht entsprachen.
Ich habe an das Hotel geschrieben : In der Rechnung sind einige Positionen zu beanstanden. Auf die Infrastrukturpauschale bin ich dabei nicht hingewiesen worden.Hätte ich gewusst, dass die die Benutzung des Wellnessbereiches kosten pflichten ist, hätte ich die Benutzung mit Sicherheit nicht in Anspruch genommen.Einen Parkplatz habe ich ihm in dem Sinne nicht in Anspruch genommen, da ich mit dem Motorrad unterwegs war und dieses in einem Bereich abgestellt habe, der nicht als Parkplatz bezeichnet werden kann. Eine Tageszeitung habe ich nicht in Anspruch genommen

Mit Befremden, lese ich Ihre belehrende, latent aggressive E-Mail, die darüber hinaus mit Unwahrheiten gespickt ist. Eine denkbar schlechte Antwort für einen guten Gastgeber;Gastronom und Hotelier( heißest doch “der Kunde ist der König)
Ich nehme an, dass Sie die Beschreibung Ihres Hotels und Unterkunftsmöglichkeiten auf booking.com kennen, und falls nicht, füge ich dieser Mail entsprechende Bildschirmaufnahme bei (siehe unten). Ich darf zitieren “ …inklusive unbegrenztem Zugang zum Wellnessbereich + 1 Parkplatz + Highspeed-Internet “
Was inklusive heißt muß ich Ihnen wohl nicht erklären ?
Der Kaffeetisch an dem ich mich “frecherweise” bedient habe, war mit Sicherheit nicht als “nur den Tagungsgästen” vorbehalten gekennzeichnet.Oder glauben Sie allen Ernstes daß ich es nötig hätte im Hotel Ihrer Klasse einen Kaffee und ein halbes Stückchen Käsekuchen “zu stehlen”
Am Abreisetag teilte mir Frau Weißer trocken mit, ich zitiere “ ich habe kein Rührei und kein Speck mehr.
Am” Am Büffet waren auch keine gekochten Eier zu finden.
Ich warte Ihre Reaktion ab und werde dann unsere Korrespondenz mit entsprechendem Kommentar an booking.com weiterleiten.

Schönes Haus mit kleinen Abstrichen. Preise recht hoch.
Pros:

Stilvolle Einrichtung, grosses Zimmer, schöner Wellnessbereich.
Super Frühstück.

Cons:

Preise etwas überhöht.
Schlimme Kissen im Bett, eines riesig, eins wie ein Backstein.
Zu wenig Handtücher im Saunabereich.
Kein Wasser und kein Wasserkocher im Zimmer.

Pros:

Un cadre paisible, propre, confortable. Le personnel est aimable, souriant. La chambre était spacieuse et propre.

Cons:

Le fait que l'accès au wellness ne soit pas possible après 11h (heure limite du check-out de la chambre) était dommage. Cela limite beaucoup l'accès quand on veut faire un séjour où on apprécie se lever à 9h au lieu de 6h du quotidien, si on arrive milieu/fin d'après-midi pour le check-in, etc.
