Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe der Altstadt und ist zu Fuß leicht zu erreichen. Wir hatten beim Haus einen Parkplatz für unser Motorrad. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Noget nedslidt hotel og Wifi fungerer ikke på de værelser, der ligger ængst væk fra receptionen. Venligt personale. Morgenmaden er ringe, lutter søde sager.

Un albergo per soste brevi
Pros:

Posizione comoda per fare escursioni sulle Alpi apuane e diverse città di interesse, la camera era completa di ogni confort e degli spazi giusti. Silenziosa e con una bella vista.

Cons:

Il parcheggio è troppo piccolo per tutti gli occupanti, si deve quindi sperare che gli ospiti non parcheggi male. La colazione è simile ad un b&b, con molti prodotti commerciali. Il succo di d'arancia è da evitare in quanto non credo ne abbia mai vista una.

Friendly hotel well located in Castelnuovo - would like to stay again.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine, a good start to the day ,friendly table service and dining room next to reception is elegant. Breakfast items were sweeter than I have in the UK, but typical in Italy I think. Good view from the room ,nice balcony. Parking was very convenient (once you know how to access). Useful that one of the staff spoke English! Lovely hotel would like to stay again.

Cons:

Just that the hotel wi-fi did not work at all for me.

Pros:

Very good rooms and pleasant staff

Cons:

Apart from the bedroom; the hallway, dining room, sitting room were all dark. The TV was blaring most of the time being controlled by an elderly lady who had the remote. The breakfast was almost all sweets (but nice coffee).

Colazione impresentabile composta da una serie di merendine confezionate , e per finire la mattina, dopo il pagamento non è stato possibile avere la ricevuta perchè il personale presente non era abilitato , ho dovuto attendere il giorno seguente e solo dopo sollecito mi hanno inviato fattura

Average rooms, confusing parking, close to old town.
Pros:

Close to the old town. Fair breakfast.

Cons:

Parking was very confusing - don’t navigate to the hotel. You need to drive through the back of town to a different street address to park.
Rooms were very tight - difficult to open the suitcase.
Bathroom very squished.
I’m used to small / odd shaped rooms in small towns, but this is a more modern hotel and it felt quite claustrophobic.
While close to the old town, there is no pedestrian lane to cross the bridge so we ended up walking into town through the back roads - a little further but much safer.
