Lo mejor del hotel fue el señor de la recepción. Siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar y dar el mejor servicio

Ubicación increíble y servicio excelente

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitación tiene mucho por mejorar. No la limpian todos los días pero el día que estaba asignado para limpieza parecía que no le hubieses hecho nada.

Fantastico, con encanto y en pleno centro
Pros:

La ubicacion es inmejorable, en una calle tradicional japonesa muy tranquila pero a un paso de todas las zonas turísticas, ademas tiene una parada de metro muy cerca. En pleno Gion. El hotel encantador, habitaciones comodas y muy limpio

Great location for exploring Gion, visiting Kiyomizu and Fushimi and good location for public transport around Kyoto.
Rooms are clean and staff are helpful.

Cons:

Only one set of washer and dryer, but it's quite a small hotel so it's not that hard to find a time when they're free.

Great value for money, close to old districts and all types of public transport.
Staff is very kind, rooms are clean, all room necessities are provided, with extras free of charge.
The building is kept in style matching the old preserved neighborhood which is an extra plus.

Pros:

Our stay was wonderful. The bed was an absolute dream — we honestly didn’t want to get out of it in the mornings! The room was very clean, and the bathroom felt luxurious and relaxing.

The room was a little small, but it really didn’t bother us. The staff were lovely, friendly, and very helpful, especially when they assisted us with the paperwork for sending our luggage.

I also really appreciated having a smoking room in the hotel. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our time here!

Cons:

One small downside was that the bins aren’t emptied and fresh towels aren’t provided daily unless you pay an additional fee. However, fresh towels are available to pick up from reception, which was helpful.

We also wanted to use the hotel’s washing machine, but another guest who had just used it mentioned that small pieces were coming out of the machine. We decided not to risk it and used a nearby laundromat instead.

Un valore aggiunto per un soggiorno indimenticabile a Kyoto

Ho soggiornato al Rinn a Kyoto e non potrei fare scelta migliore. L'hotel si trova in un quartiere molto suggestivo, centralissimo e vicinissimo alle principali attrazioni della città, oltre che comodamente collegato alla linea della metropolitana.La struttura è pulitissima. Le stanze sono arredate con grande cura, unendo lo stile tradizionale al comfort moderno. Il bagno è molto capiente, moderno e completo di tutto il necessario.Un encomio speciale va allo staff, estremamente cortese, accogliente e sempre disponibile a dare consigli utili.Consiglio vivamente il Rinn a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza speciale. Se tornerò a Kyoto, farò di tutto per alloggiare di nuovo qui: è stato un vero valore aggiunto al nostro viaggio.

Bella stanza, pulita. Posizione eccellente, a 5 minuti a piedi dalle linee ferroviarie, dal bus e anche dalla zona più viva di Kyoto. Rapporto qualità prezzo alle stelle qui.

Cons:

Le due sedie nella camera, prendono solo spazio e a volte le vorresti volare di fuori. Dovrebbero toglierle o al massimo metterne una sola
