Pleasant and relaxing after a long flight from Europe.
Pros:

Room was comfortable, well proportioned. Had coffee and tea making facilities and an iron and ironing board.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Had a coffee and drinks bar, comfortable lounge area, and restaurant.

Cons:

I could not fault with anything.

Pros:

Great location walking distance to Mascot Train Station, Shops & Restaurants. The Shuttle Bus to the International Airport was clean & the driver was very friendly. Our hotel room was lovely & we enjoyed our two nights there before our overseas flight
